* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, and especially during heatwaves, it can get very hot, including at night, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 13th arrondissement, 150 m from Nationale metro station and 700 m from Bibliothèque François-Mitterrand station (line 14 to Orly), in a spacious 90 m² (969 sq ft) apartment with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, an elevator and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
