Living room: A spacious living room with two double sofa beds, widescreen TV and dining table, perfect for sharing warm moments with family or friends.

Kitchen: A modern, fully-equipped open kitchen, including hob, microwave, oven, toaster, Nespresso machine and all the utensils needed for cooking. Coffee capsules, sugar and tea are also included to enhance your stay.

Rooms: Four elegant bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV, offering a comfortable and private setting in which to relax.

Bathrooms:

- A modern bathroom with bathtub and integrated toilet, ideal for relaxing moments.
- An additional shower room with shower and WC, perfect for added convenience.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a welcome kit (shower gel, shampoo) and hairdryer.

Toilets: Two toilets integrated into the bathrooms.

Additional amenities: This apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and Wi-Fi access included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

Additional information: This apartment is located on the 1st floor in a building without elevator.

* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During heatwaves it can get very hot inside and sleep can be affected; if you are sensitive to heat and staying in summer, please take this into account.
* For 12 guests, the apartment has two bathrooms side by side: a large bathroom with a bathtub and a second, very small shower room with shower and toilet. At full capacity, getting ready in the morning takes some organisation, which can be inconvenient for large groups on the same schedule.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 3rd arrondissement, a few steps from the Marais, in a 130 m² (1,399 sq ft) apartment on the 1st floor with four bedrooms, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a 5-minute walk from Arts et Métiers, Réaumur-Sébastopol and Strasbourg-Saint-Denis metro stations.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
