Additional information: The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure building with an elevator. The subway station is right next to the building, which may cause slight vibrations that can be felt in the early morning.

* The apartment is ideal for two or three guests. With four, two sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room, and space becomes tight, especially around the dining table.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, a stone's throw from Rue Montorgueil and 15 m from Sentier metro station, on the 1st floor of a secure building with a lift, with a washing machine and a separate toilet.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
