Kitchen: Fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and all the utensils you need to cook delicious meals.

Master bedroom: Cosy room with double bed, dressing room and TV.

Bedroom 2: Cosy, elegant room with double bed and small wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: Charming bedroom with double bed, small wardrobe and private bathroom.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo.

Toilet: Two WCs, one integrated into one of the bathrooms and the other separate, with its own washbasin, for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

The apartment has several sleeping areas, including an interior bedroom without windows, which offers a quieter environment. As is common in many Parisian buildings, some noise from neighbors may be audible.

Important information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator, but it is strictly prohibited to use the elevator with suitcases or luggage. Luggage must be carried up the stairs. Failure to comply, resulting in the elevator becoming jammed or breaking down, will incur a repair fee of €1,000, which may be charged to the guest responsible.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
