Location location

The flat was wonderful and close to the metro and to Sunday market at the Bastille. It was clean convenient. The only down to the flat is that it is on a busy street with lots of emergency vehicles with sirens.

Perfect home base for a stay in Paris

We were traveling with our adult kids in a party of 6, and it was a bit tricky to find a place with enough bedrooms so that everyone could have privacy. This place was great, immaculately clean, and with very comfortable beds. It does have some quirks that renters should be aware of. It is accessible via a very tiny elevator (seriously, I've never seen one this small before -- two people can stand snugly with their carry-ons.) If you don't use the elevator, be aware that the stairwell is very, very dark. There is a light switch, but it wasn't labeled and we were afraid to push something that might be someone's doorbell. We should have just asked the owner, who was always very responsive and helpful. Another item to be aware of is that one of the four bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom. And finally, the bathrooms are - quirky. The largest bedroom has an adjoining bathroom, but no toilet, just a shower and sink. There is a tiny cubby containing a toilet and small sink that is barely big enough to turn around in at the end of the hall. The third bath has a shower, toilet, sink, and small washing machine. We loved our stay there and think it would be great traveling with a group that doesn't mind the layout, but might not be a great fit if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, we highly recommend!

The Perfect Paris Flat

From check-in to check-out, the staff at Studio Prestige made our stay seamless and extremely convenient. The flat (apartment) was very comfortable and intuitive with plenty of instructions upon arrival. This property is walking distance to great restaurants and markets, as well as convenient to major attractions by public transport or Uber rides. This location also felt very safe, and we were able to relax the moment we arrived back “home”. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Flat in a great Neighborhood!

This flat is amazing! It is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen. Legitimately a perfect VRBO for a group to stay at. It’s extremely easy to get to via the Metro, and with the Metro stop directly out front, it makes the city extremely accessible. The Bastille neighborhood has tons of cafes and bars. Johanna and Michael are extremely responsive and the building is safe and secure. 5 stars would recommend for anyone to stay here and enjoy Paris.

Great apt, great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very central and right next to a metro. Check in was easy and the host was very helpful and even allowed an early check in. I would definitely recommend!

Nice location- but sub-par accommodations

It may have looked nice in the photos, however it was a very disjointed layout. The floors were beyond uneven and hard to understand how they did not correct them- also too many cracks with dirt. Although it is a great location, it was extremely loud most of the night and the window coverings did not help what-so-ever with light exposure. If this place was a few hundred dollars a night, then I would say it was acceptable. However it was very expensive and not worth the money.

Lovely place busy street

Nice place. Amazing location steps from The metro. Rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures and the windows open to a very busy street with lots of ambulances driving by. But as a base for Parisian exploration it worked very well.

Perfect stay

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful and well-kept flat, which looks exactly as in the pictures. The location could not be better, with metro access just down the street and many sights and great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely return again!

Lovely stay in a great location

This was a very practical place for our party of seven, with an excellent location just steps from the subway. It was great to have the small but functional elevator for my mother who is in her late 80s. The Marais location is great and despite the handy subway stop, we still opted to walk to just about everywhere we went. Lovely visit overall!
