The Opéra Bastille is steps away. The heart of the Marais - with its museums (Picasso Museum, Hunting and Nature Museum, Carnavalet Museum), concept stores and covered markets - is reachable in ten minutes on foot. The Île Saint-Louis can be reached in fifteen minutes.



Getting Around:

The apartment is well served by public transport:

- Chemin Vert (Metro line 8) - 2 minutes on foot

- Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (Metro line 8) - 4 minutes on foot

- Bastille (Metro lines 1, 5 & 8) - 5 minutes on foot

- A Vélib' bicycle station is located within a few minutes' walk for those who prefer to explore Paris on two wheels.

- Taxis can be booked via the guest platform.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we invite all our guests to take a few minutes to complete the pre-registration via the link in the confirmation email:



✅Identity verification, required by French regulation (Article R.611-42 of the CESEDA), via our secure online platform



As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



Damage waiver: choice between insurance (non-refundable) or €500 security deposit (unblocked on your bank account after departure, if no damage incurred)



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
