Esperaba más.. las fotos dicen más de cómo en realidad es el hotel. No da directo al arco del triunfo, definitivo hay mejores hoteles por el mismo precio

No comodo para 3 personas.
Pedí con 6 meses de anticipación una habitación superior ya que íbamos mi hija de 28 años y mi hijo de 27 y yo de 65. Nos toco una habitación normal, no cabíamos con la cama adicional y no fue barato el Hotel para costo-beneficio.

excelente servicio y ubicación. a unos minutos caminando de los campos eliseos, del arco del triunfo, de la linea uno del metro .2 áreas de mejora: el desayuno no está incluido(34€) y la habitación de lujo no cuenta con regadera.

Sofitel paris arco del triunfo
Nos quedamos en el sofitel paris arco del triunfo por una semana ya que celebramos nuestro aniversario y sólo tenemos buenas cosas que decir de este hotel. Lo primero es la ubicación, ya que esta ubicado a 2 cuadras de los campos elíseos u muy cerca de metro. Segundo todos los que trabajan ahí fueron muy amables con nosotros y hablaban español. Tercero las habitaciones aún que pequeñas (como la mayoría en parís) están nuevas ya que el hotel acaba de tener una remodelación. Lo mejor de todo fue la cama con plumas de ganso que al llegar de un día de caminar por la ciudad era muy reconfortante pensar que al llegar nos esperaría una cama extraordinaria. Así qué recomendamos este hotel ampliamente.

No city views from this hotel
Nice clean hotel, nice location, competent professional staff. My concern is hotels.com listed my room as having a “city view”. Having a city view and a 5 star rating were my two primary criteria when I was searching for a room in Paris to celebrate our 40th anniversary. When I checked in, I was given a 5th floor room. I questioned the staff….. Are you sure I will have a city view from the 5th floor? I was told this room did not have a city view. I let them know I booked a room with city view, they looked puzzled. I was then shown 5 rooms. Turns out none of the rooms in this hotel have a city view. All the rooms look out directly to the street and directly at the apartment building across the street. Charming building, but in no way shape or form is it a city view. Calling it a street view would be far more accurate and defendable. I then suggested to the staff that in light of the fact that I reserved a city view room and they couldn’t provide one, perhaps they could make it right by giving me an upgrade. That wasn’t going to happen without additional charges. When I was searching for a Paris hotel, I eliminated many hotels that checked the rest of my boxes but did not have city views, even though they had better nightly rates. In short, if you are looking for a hotel with a city view, this is not the place for you. I’ve brought this incorrect property attribute to the attention of both Sofitel and hotels.com, it will be interesting to see if the listing gets revised.

The hotel cleanliness and standard was amazing, the turndown service is a nice touch after being out all day. The breakfast was lovely and the cappuccino’s were good. Staff were willing to go that extra mile and assist when they didn’t know the answer. Great hotel, great staff, clean, fresh and immaculate.

We stayed in similar hotels with great amenities but what made the difference for us was the staff. They were professional, yet personable, paid attention to every detail and accommodated us at every turn. I will return to Sofitel Arc de Triomphe whenever I go to Paris in the future

What we liked most about Sofitel Arc de Triomphe was the staff and that's pretty much it. We were staying during fashion week and the hotel was fully booked. The first night we got there we were starving and wanted to order room service since it was around 9-10pm all they had available was this horrible microwaved pizza. We later learned they hardly have any staff at night. There was one guy downstairs (don't remember his name) but he basically did everything! While he was great and extremely helpful it's a shame that Sofitel doesn't staff better knowing the hotel is fully booked and busy during fashion week of all times. They are lucky to have such wonderful staff members that work so tirelessly to accommodate so many guests. Their beds are also awful!! I hardly got any sleep in 5 days. Worst bed I've ever slept on in any hotel around the world. While I am grateful for the wonderful guest service staff, we will never be staying at Sofitel Paris again.

Few annoying things
Toilet seat was in sperate area than bathroom. Felt like an ibis design. Door bell buzzer sounded like an alarm. Super annoying.
