ESTUDIO CENTRICO MUY TRANQUILO Y FRESCO. RECOMENDABLE

Pequeño estudio limpio y suficiente para estar unos días con todo lo necesario para vivir (cocina, baño, salón/comedor y cama cómoda). No le da el sol en todo el día. Los propietarios viven al lado y te ayudan en lo que te haga falta (muy amables). A 10-15 minutos andando del centro.

Todo perfecto.

El alojamiento es tal cual se describe en el anuncio. Es muy acogedor y tranquilo. Está perfectamente situado. Catherine es una señora muy amable. Hemos pasado unos días inolvidables en Paris. Si volvemos, sin duda nos pondremos en contacto con ella otra vez.

This was our third time booking the apartment, and we're still very happy with it. The location is great, and even though it is located in a lively area, it is very quiet there. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and communication with the owners is easy.

Gastgeber sehr nett, fürsorglich und unkompliziert. Das Apartement absolut ruhig gelegen. Die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet, um ein kleines Gericht herzustellen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man alles kaufen kann.Da das Apartement am Rande des Marait liegt, gibt es fußläufig gute kleine Restaurants, sogar ein veganes. Ebenso gibt es eine vegane Bäckerei 10 Minuten entfernt, mit süßen und salzigen Köstlichkeiten.Immer wieder gern!

Lovely studio with private alley but also very easy access to several metro stations. Highly walkable neighborhood with multiple cafes, boulangeries, grocery stores, etc. On Thursday and Sunday mornings there is a huge market within 5 minutes walk with many vendors selling fresh fruits, vegetables, cheeses, meats, etc. The studio size is perfect for a couple and the kitchen is small but fully functional and stocked with dishes, etc. The area is very quiet despite being in the middle of everything and is not too touristy, giving a good flavor for how locals live, shop, and entertain.

The room was very comfortable and cosy with lots of natural light, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable, had a charming French ambiance. Great location close to metro, shopping, dining, and access to major attractions. Hostess was friendly and very helpful in the lead up to our arrival and during our stay. All round it was great!

Très agréable studio, au calme et frais malgré le temps chaud sur Paris. Petites attentions très appréciées des voyageurs : capsules de café, savon de toilette, papier toilette, etc. Les locations ne sont pas toujours aussi bien pourvues. A wonderful week in a quiet neighborhood in Paris

My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in this lovely studio apartment on our first trip to Paris! We appreciated all the conveniences that the studio is equipped with including a small refrigerator and microwave, the luxurious bathroom and the close proximity to numerous metro stops. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a secluded, private alleyway with lots of foliage!
