The separate kitchen is fully equipped for cooking: Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, and all the necessary everyday utensils.
The apartment also features a separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The real bonus? A large, pleasant balcony with unobstructed views of Paris, as well as a private and secure parking space—a true asset in this neighborhood. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort, along with fiber optic Wi-Fi. The apartment is located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, in a lively yet pleasant and residential neighborhood, right next to the Canal Saint-Martin.

You'll enjoy an ideal location for easily exploring Paris thanks to the proximity of the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est train stations, as well as the numerous public transportation options.

The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of local shops: bakeries, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and other great Parisian spots, all within walking distance.

The closest metro stations are Colonel Fabien (line 2) and Goncourt (line 11)

No parties and non-smoking accommodation
Independent arrival between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., keys can be collected in a store 5 minutes walk away

Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
