Very good hotel, with a nice room size. The breakfast it was great, with a good variety of items. The gym is on the small side, but enough for a little cardio. The location is really good, by the transportation right out of the door, very central, close to shops, restaurants and services. Definitely a place to consider in a next trip to Paris.

Fantastic hotel and brilliant customer service
Brilliant hotel with first class service in a great location that makes it easy to get around Paris. I'd highly recommend especially given the lovely personal welcome from the hotel who left a lovely welcome note and champagne in our room.

The breakfast buffet was more like a small snack bar lounge. Basically eggs,bacon,oj and some bread. That is literally all there is. People have expectations staying at a 5 star hotel. But it was more like a 2 star breakfast. The bed is amazing! So comfortable! Rooms are of course small being Paris. The Bathroom shower once again 2 star. The hotel staff were amazing!

Found the staff to be polite and helpful. The hotel was generally clean and had amenities such as a gym, spa and outdoor dining area. Has some issues with the plumbing fixtures in my room. Also, the shower/bath in the room had some mold around the edges. Definitely, the plumbing fixtures were chosen for form and not function. Overall, a pleasant stay. Hotel is close to a Metro station.

Nice property but a bit off the beaten path. Not many good restaurant choices near by, but easy access to public transport. Grafitti and homeless made an otherwise excellent property a poor choice.

Perfectly located near Place de la République, as well as its nearby metro station, this wonderful gem is stylishly decorated. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and furnished with taste and style. The gym is a little small, as well the spa, but it is nice, classy and clean.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay here in early September. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful - we really appreciate each person at the front who patiently answered our questions. We utilized the fitness center and thought it was good. The location is convenient - right by the Metro and really easy to access other parts of the city. The only issue we had was being slow in getting our towels replaced when we had requested them a few hours prior. However when we called the cleaning room extension directly someone quickly came up and got us new ones. The staff is very responsive. Overall we really like this hotel for our first visit to Paris and would recommend it. Lovely property and staff.

This is a nice hotel, with a great look and restaurant, but I would not call it 5 stars or worth the price tag over $500/night. The rooms and gym are nice but small. Housekeeping seemed to spend the entire afternoon on the floor, waking me up from naps twice over 5 days. Yet, I frequently returned from spending the morning and afternoon out, to find my room still uncleaned so I had to exit again. The shower emitted room-encompassing sewer smells after use until I reported it; housekeeping sorted it but said it’s been happening alot. I couldn’t get internet on my lap top in the room due to the sign on protocol- the lobby was full of guests using their lap tops because the public wifi didn’t have the same access impediment. The exercise bike was broken by the 5th day of my stay and despite staff poking their head in the room, the water was empty until I brought it to the desk’s attention. At check in, I was told that the $30 breakfast was not included, and then learned when I checked out that it was and I would be charged even when I didn’t take it (they did comp my bar expenditures so I was refunded 1 breakfast to my satisfaction). The restaurant was a delight and generally worth the cost for dinner, but few can eat $30 of breakfast and Sunday dinner was limited to the bar menu which was terrible. My chicken burger, the seeming healthiest option, was fried in batter, and served with frites and 10 wilted leaves of baby greens because I asked for a side salad.

Dear Charlotte, First of all I would like to thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your stay in our hotel. I wanted to bring some answers to your comment if you allow me. Your dates of stay were on congress dates that's why the prices were high. This is not a result of our own hotel but of the prices in Paris on those dates. It is true that the high prices must justify a quality service! Regarding the Housekeeping service. The hours are from 09 am to 06 pm so I agree that sometimes the maids can be present on similar hours in each floor. I would like to apologize if this has woken you up on certain days. However, after investigation we had not received any complaint from you about that. Regarding sewer smells. Unfortunately, we had no control over this and we called an outside company to find out what the problem was. The high temperature in Paris during your stay, which I remind you was more than 30 degrees, created odors on all the buildings in the area including our hotel. If you were not able to connect to our network it is totally our fault, because we could have offered to connect you to our network service. Thank you for reporting this as all machines are checked every two weeks to make sure they are working properly. Again, this is an error on our part and when you checked in, it should have been mentioned that your breakfast was included. However, I remind you that you have a reservation confirmation which indicates that breakfast was included. On this point, I am sorry to say that I do not agree. Indeed, there are you had more healthy options such as: Caesar salad or snacked leeks, riviera salad black olive tapenade. I’m not trying to minimize your comment and I fully understand that on some points we could not meet your expectations and I wanted to apologize again. Note that it is thanks to your comments that we can improve our service day by day. We hope that your return went well and hope that you will give us a second chance when the wind brings you to Paris. Best regards,

Do not recommend
Do check the type of room that you book in as apparently it definitely does not look like anything in the photo. I paid SGD1770, Euro 1150 for 3 nights and for EUR380 a night you are better off in another hotel and location. The receptionists are not very friendly neither are they of what you expect of Marriott Standard. Do be mindful that if you are also paying by American Express of pay wave, a "5 star hotel" doesn't even have these options. I definitely over paid EUR 40 per night on www.hotels.com as if you book it at the hotel it will be Our 330. For a twin room, do note the beds are So small that you might fall off the bed. Came as a shock to us as we did not expect the beds to be this uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend the price you pay for this location, service and comfortability.
