We had a wonderful, friendly and comprehensive introduction to the apartment from Anna. The apartment is well served by Metro lines 1 and 9, lots of places to eat and a good range of supermarkets. It also has a very comfortable bed!Highly recommended.

Very central apartment with 2 Metro stations nearby which is essential if you are a visitor to Paris. Safe area with plenty of nearby bars and grocery shops. The nearby pastry shop Maison Julian is a must.

Le gîte n'était pas très grand mais on s'y attendait. Il est très bien localisé par rapport aux attractions de Paris. Ce gîte est sécure et paisible. La télévision et l'internet fonctionne très bien. Le lit n'a qu'une couette et pas de drap sous la couette. Il est donc difficile de réguler sa température corporelle la nuit. La lumière de la cuisinette ne fonctionne pas.

Location! Location! Location! If you are thinking of a place to stay while in Paris - and you want the best location to everything and all transportation. My husband and I just loved it. My wife and I spent a night at Sylvie's lovely establishment and could not fault it in any way. The location is unbeatable, the breakfast is probably the best we had our entire holiday, and Sylvie, the host, could not be more welcoming. Long weekend in Paris

Fabulously located apartment just a short walk from the Champs Elysees. Plenty of nightlife and restaurants in the area, however delightfully peaceful off the main road (Ave Franklin Roosevelt) with a beautiful courtyard.The apartment was well equiped and suited our needs perfection. Excellent host who provided lots of details of how to get to the apartment using public transport. Great communication throughout the stay.I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to visit Paris and a central location surrounded by transport links around the city.5*

Top most floor apartment which tend to be the smallest in Paris buildings. Would recommend for 1-2 day stay wherein you will be out in the city for the most part. Location for the apartment is the USP. We used it during the New Year’s Eve wherein we wanted to be walking distance from the celebrations

J'ai été très bien accueillie très ponctuellement par Olivier le gérant, j'ai beaucoup apprécié la fonctionnalité de l'appartement ascenseur pour le 6 ème étage, c'était un critère important pour moi. Dans une cour, ce studio est très calme. C'est rare sûrement.

Great location ! Really really small, but gave us everything we needed !Location location location !

We knew it would be small, but the pictures really don’t show how small it really is. That said, we quickly adjusted that we are in Paris and “when in Rome”.. The location couldn’t have been better. FDR metro was a 10 minute walk, literally blocks from the Champs Elysees, as well as plenty of restaurants, cafes in the area as well as local supermarkets. Note bring your own toiletries, as soaps that are there seemed to be leftover from previous guests Also buy toilet paper at the supermarket as there were only 2 rolls for the week. It gave us everything we needed and as I said location was perfect ! We could see the Eiffel tower when you looked out the window and the top of the Grand Palaxe I believe. The building definitely has a Parisian charm . I would recommend if location and no frills gives you way you need !

Downtown cute little place.

Amazing little property that is a bedroom with a kitchen and bathroom. Place is small, the bed isn't the greatest. When you lay down the bed sinks in the middle turning you into a U shape. Me and my spouse both weigh about 140lb so we aren't large at all. Aside from that you get an AMAZING view of the Eiffel tower from your window, it is close to everything you want and need, and for the price you cannot beat it. Olivier the property manager is great very thorough and communicates very well. Highly recommend.
