    it is a 55 square meters apartment (= 592 square feet) with 1 bed room and 1 sofa to accommodate 4 guests.
    Location used to be an hold printing company building fully renovated few years ago, located in a quiet patio. Apartment is located at ground floor, opening directly into the patio.
    Large glass roof brings an exceptional light into the entire apartment. Glass roof windows can be opened for fresh air.
    Industrial spirit and wood roof dated from French revolution into bedroom have been preserved.
    Parisian decoration has been selected with Metro tiles into bathroom and separate toilets.
    Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction, washing machine, coffee machine, espresso coffee machine (Nespresso) kettle... to make you feel at home.
    Apartment located closed to Republic and Grands Boulevard, closed to many theaters. 5 minutes walk from Metro station and 2 minutes walk from convenience stores and many restaurants. Closest metro station is 'Strasbourg Saint Denis' lines 4, 8 and 9 but you can decide to walk 5 minutes to 'Republique' metro station where 5 other metro/subway lines stop.

Everything was perfect!Bright and calming. Very comfortable bed and seating. Everything I needed in the kitchen was thoughtfully organized. Quiet and felt very safe. Several Metro stops nearby. Choice of several markets for food were nearby.

This is an appartment with everything you could possibly need. The lovely host Rachel has added so many thoughtful touches including a yoga mat and hand weights, charging cables, teas, coffee, juicing machine, condiments and every personal bathroom item you could need.A very modern washing machine was a bonus. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. It the quietest Paris apartment we have ever stayed in. The apartment is on the ground floor inside the courtyard of the building which makes it a quiet oasis. There is no view but that wasn’t a problem for us.Communication with the host was excellent and I felt she went above and beyond expectations in trying to make her guests feel as comfortable as possible.The apartment is close to Met station Strasbourg St Denis and it is and easy connection from there to the RER to reach CDG.We enjoyed our week at this appartment very much!

Fantastic Property in Paris

We recently stayed with my wife and 2 kids and loved the location. Our host was fantastic throughout our entire stay and their property has everything you would need for your stay. It's located numerous restaurants and is a short walk away from the Metro Strasbough station. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay

This apartment is in the perfect location to explore Paris. It is quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Rachel is an attentive host. We would certainly book this apartment again.

Just stay here already!

The place is so great. Very quiet close to metro, has air conditioning, plenty of space to eat in if you don’t want to eat out all of the time. Rachel is super responsive and helpful. Just remember to turn on the hot water when you arrive and you’ll be ready to go!

Lovely apartment

This apartment is in a great location and the location back in the courtyard makes it safe and quiet. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were available for any questions. We highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect for exploring Paris

As a family with two teens we loved staying here. It was stylish, really comfortable, and just perfect for exploring Paris. A great neighbourhood, with great coffee, boulangerie, bistrot and bars close by. Check in and out and communication so quick, friendly and easy.

Another excellent stay

The apartment is stocked with the sundries anyone could need. The place is spotless and quiet. The appliances are up to date. The location is convenient to supermarkets and restaurants. It is close to major sightseeing. This is our second visit and we hope to rent it again when we return to Paris soon.

Great Place to Stay

This property was so great. It was clean and perfect for my family of 4. Close to some touristy spots, close to shops. Rachel was an amazing hose and available whenever I had questions. I highly recommend her.

The Perfect Paris

The apartment was was exactly as the pictures portrayed, if not better. Location was great as you are close to the metro, which allows you to get anywhere you could want to go! Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries as well as grocery stores. So much better than a hotel would have been. Our hosts were fantastic. Always quick to respond to any question and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was perfect!

Stay at the loft.

Rachel was great host. Located near many restaurants and within walking distance to Louvre and high end shopping. Restaurants and cafes of many countries are everywhere. Would definitely stay there again. People in France are NOT rude. Very friendly. Robert from Las Vedgas

Wonderful apartment in Paris

I have rented many VRBO apartments but this apartment was , by far, the best apartment we have ever rented! The apartment has everything anyone could ever need. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped! The apartment is very close to the metro and a grocery store is just steps away. There are many restaurants nearby. Rachel was a very caring host and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely rent this apartment again!

The flat is very well equipped. Only defect is no windows can be opened and no ventilation in the toilet that is also so close to the bed.

Rachel's apartment was exactly as advertised, and was an incredibly welcoming and homey place to base our Parisian adventures from. The location is brilliant -- just a few steps from a busy metro with access all over the city, and within a short walk of the heart of Marais, Republique/Oberkampf, the Louvre, the Opera, and many other attractions. We were extremely comfortable in her home, and appreciated her binders of recommendations and local attracitons in the neighborhood. Her communication was concise and caring, and she checked in on us virtually throughout the week to make sure we were surviving a particularly hot stretch of weather (which we were thanks to the strong AC unit in the apartment)! Truly, I can't provide a high enough rating for our stay. Especially for the price and location, this is a steal!

This is a lovely apartment. We (Myself 39M, and my parents 77 and 79) stayed for 5 nights in April. The apartment itself is very comfortable, truly quiet, has great light, and is in a lovely location in Paris. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot of diversity and new things happening. Proximity to the metro is great, only a 5min walk. I stayed on the fold-out couch for 2 nights, while my parents were in the bedroom. I found the fold-out couch to be extremely comfortable and I slept very well on it. My parents found the main bed very comfortable. One important tip for anyone who will be sleeping in the living room: bring an eye mask! The ceiling windows that you see in the pictures do not have black-out covers on them, so the room is very bright when the sun is out. This is not an issue for the bedroom as it has blackout shades that leave the bedroom dark.The host is extremely responsive and gives very clear directions for how to enter the unit. She also left a great book with local food recommendations. The shower is lovely - great pressure! Lots of soaps already there and many towels available. Do note that the shower and toilet rooms are both accessed from the bedroom, so at night if someone is sleeping in the living area they will need to enter the bedroom to use the toilet. Wasn't a problem for us.I loved that ththise place felt like a real home - not designed purely to be a vacation rental. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

I stayed for 5 weeks in this lovely artist loft-like apartment located at the crossroads of the 10th, 2nd, and 3rd arrondissements. Not only are there fantastic restaurants, boutiques and galleries within walking distance of the apartment, there is also a major metro line just one black away, making it an excellent base from which to explore all of Paris. And when you come back at the end of the day, the apartment provides a peaceful, quiet refuge from the bustling streets. Everything about my stay in this apartment was first-rate, especially communications with the wonderful host!

Amazing Stay in Paris

Property is as listed. Well furnished and great layout. Lots of natural light, and with its location minimal street noise. Check in process was easy and straightforward. Rachel was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of great places to eat close to the apartment and there is a grocery store right down the street which made it really convenient if you need anything for snacks or drink. Was able to walk to almost all main attractions and the metro is a block away. Would highly recommend this place for your trip to Paris.
