El apartamento es acogedor, pero lo mejor que tiene es la localización. Hay varias paradas de metro muy cerca y está rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías, supermercados, etc, y a su vez es una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Una ubicación muy cómoda!!

3 floor up
This 3 floor walk up made it very difficult for us (an older couple) to carry our bags into the apartment. Lights in the halls going off intermittently made it dark and dangerous. Apartment was smaller than it appeared in photo. Bathroom only had curtain to separate from main room.

Enjoyable experience
It’s convenient by foot or metro to all of Paris. There are a lot of cafes and bistro right in the area which was really nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable. In short, everything we needed.

Great listing
We loved our stay here! We relied a lot on Google maps and translate, but we were able to figure everything out pretty easily. We felt like the listing was very accurate, but maybe note the this is, indeed, a studio. There is only a swinging curtain over the shower/sink entrance. But everything worked well--the all-in-one washer/dryer was easy to start before heading out on adventures and our clothes were dry when we got back. The location was great, with several metro stops to choose from within a block or so, giving access to lines 8, 5, or 10. There were plenty of bistros, cafes, brasseries, and restaurants around to choose from, and breakfast was always a croissant and baguette from one of the boulangeries that were so friendly and patient with our pointing and thanking. There's a Carrefour market a couple doors down as well for picking up anything else. And we appreciated having multiple check points with keys or codes between us and the street, just for the security. The flat was comfortable, quiet, and a nice little taste of Parisian living! If you're a couple, I highly recommend this place!

Comfortable and clean
Enjoyed our stay while in Paris. Good location close to great bakeries and restaurants, close to 2 or 3 metro stations. You can get nearly anywhere in the City in 30 minutes or less via metro. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Quaint Apartment by Metro
My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed staying here. The apartment has lovely french doors to let cool air in, and we loved the easy access to the metro. There was no nightime noise pollution even with the windows open. Would stay here again.

Apartment was nice with beautiful windows overlooking the courtyard. Good location, close to several metro stations. Amenities were pretty basic. Bad smell in the staircase. Olivier seemed annoyed with us at check in (stated that we requested early check in even though I told him we would be there by 1200?). He wouldn’t wait for my husband who had just popped in to the store, which meant I had to carry all our luggage myself up the stairs. He was most unpleasant about it. Otherwise Paris was wonderful!

Nice and quite apartment
I stayed in the apartment with my 14 year old daughter. The location is excellent with easy access to Metro stations and a lot of nice cafes and shops in the neighbourhood. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. I particulary liked that it’s faced towards a backyard, so it’s quiet even though you’re in the middel of everything. The place is well located close to the metro station, shops and restaurants. We didn’t feel the photos were accurate to the current condition of the apartment. Perhaps they were taken when they place was just renovated but we felt a bit short on expectations. We also got surprised by the noise coming from the neighbours as they leave to work in the morning the common wooden staircase is a bit noisy in the morning but no noise from the street which we believe the apartment post title refers to. We were also asked to empty the garage which is the first time we had to do on this type of accommodation rentals. We would recommend to check the "house rules" before booking as we found they were penalty fees for not competing to these. Overall we had a good stay, the place was great for a short stopover.

Appartement tres bien situé, tout a portée dans le 11e arrondissement. Appartement silencieux grace a la cour interieure, pas de pimpon pimpon…. Pas d’ascenceur pour le 2ieme, mais escalier tres large et facile d’acces. 2 ligne de metro tres pres.

Well-Appointed Efficiency
We were very pleased with our stay in the studio in Upper Marais. Communication with Olivier was seamless and his personal check-in was appreciated. The studio itself is no frills, situated in a handsome historic building. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and that’s pretty much all we needed. The location is definitely the main attraction here. Marais is an eclectic, authentic neighborhood and this studio is placed perfectly to access it all. Would stay again, and would recommend to anyone looking for a basic, functional accommodation in a great neighborhood. Window views of the picturesque courtyard were a welcomed bonus.

Very small but charming
Place was smaller than the pictures, so don’t expect a roomy place. You have to use stairs to get there, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, I wouldn’t recommend for older adults. Host were nice at first, but as soon as I informed him that the shower was not draining and flooding in the sink area where I had to dry my hair with a hair dryer, and that the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. He seemed very upset and abruptly ended my call. Thought maybe he was upset with the cleaner he hired. They did take care of it right away, so I called back to thank him for fixing the problems and asked him to please call me back, because I had a question about the taxi app. His partner had said to call him if I had a problem, and he could help with the download. Tried to call both men and they never picked up or returned my call. So I am guessing that they were upset I didn’t just suck it up and stand in two inches of water while using a hairdryer or use glasses in the kitchen that looked like the previous guests just threw back in the cupboard without washing. The host instructions were very adamant that if anything is left dirty you would be charged extra above the cleaning fee. I didn’t want to get charged for a mess I didn’t create. Have stayed at many VRBOs and this is the first I have had a problem or had to deal with such childishness We weren’t even upset with the problems, we just called so they could fix it. So just beware if you rent this place! Good location by the subways.

Magical Paris - Great VRBO location
My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The room was as described and the view into the courtyard was beautiful. The location is awesome to get to the Paris Metro and located in a great section of restaurants and shopping. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again some day.

This was an incredible space to stay in during our trip. it had a comfortable bed, a washer & dryer combo, a nice shower with plenty of hot water and a separate toilet area. The building felt safe with 2 locked doors in addition to our own door. The owner was very thorough and shared all of the how to do list of the apartment that we didn't even know to ask. The courtyard was calm and peaceful and beautiful to look at when we opened the windows. Also Paris was cold at this time but the heater in the apartment kept us warm and cozy at all times. This place felt like our home away from home.

Good Location for Getting Around Paris
The apartment was good but small. The bed was a little difficult to get in and out of just because of the type of bed, a little uncomfortable. There needs to be more lighting in the stairwells at night, very dangerous walking to the apartment. Otherwise we had a great stay and Olivier was very helpful when we arrived.

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood
Wow so nice! We stayed for a long weekend at this apartment and we loved every minute of it. Big shower, beautiful view, romantic windows and great location. François, who welcomed us, was incredibly nice and helpful and since we were a little pressed for time we went to all his recommendations and loved every single one of them (the corner restaurant was an absolute favorite). The location is amazing, we hardly left the 3rd and 11th because we loved the area so much! Wonderful vintage shops, fun galleries, great wine bars and restaurants, cafes and bakeries to die for - we would love to stay here again in the future and highly recommend this place for others.

The flat was ideally located and very quiet. An excellent stay apart from the fact that there was no instruction on how to alter the heating. The weather was cold in February and we were cold in the evening.

The traveller is given instructions how to adjust the heating at check in . If he needs assistance during his stay he has a phone number to contact so he can get the answers to his questions . If need be we will come directly to the apartment to show how to adjust heating

3 night stay, this apartment is perfect for 2 adults. The area is lovely, with plenty of grocery stores, cafes, bars, etc. Within 5 minute walk of 2 metro stops for easy transportation across the city.

Perfect Apt for Two in Upper Marais
Great location to explore the Marais neighborhood. Conveniently located near two major Metro lines. Lots of great shops, patisseries, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Wonderful opportunity to feel like a local. Apartment is as shown. Small but has everything you need. The wonderful large windows looking out on the central court are fabulous. Very quiet at night. Solo Travelers
The apartment was very clean and very bright. A bit smaller than expected, but otherwise great. As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood alone after dark, but that's nothing about the apartment and absolutely a personal thing. It's on a very quiet street and not many people around. Everyone has different levels of personal safety. Just sharing for anyone else who may be nervous about traveling alone!

Excellent location
The perfect location for a couple looking for an authentic Parisian experience. The apartment was clean and well lit and exactly as described on line. There were lots of bars, restaurants, metro stops, and even a supermarket with easy walking distance. The hosts were easy to work with and sent a charming representative when they themselves could not meet us. My husband and I loved staying here and would return in a heartbeat.

Nice location, small but pleasant.

Perfect for what we needed
A very cute charming studio in the heart of marais. Beautiful courtyard, very homey, well kept and overall a great choice for us. Pros: -Quiet -Location was perfection -Water pressure is great -Washer/dryer is convenient -Cable/netflix available (sign in needed for netflix) -Very clean Cons: -Very hot at times/ not a lot of airflow -Host was a bit cold to us upon check in / out -Shower combined with sink area so it’s always damp on the floor when doing make up and getting ready -Make sure to bring your own shower soaps & hair dryer as none are provided -Host charges clean fee but asks you to clean the dishes and take out trash yourself or else face an additional charge, which is challenging when rushing for a flight and seems weird to do when paying for a cleaner anyway

Super schönes Apartment
Dieses Apartment ist perfekt! Die Lage ist wundervoll, nicht zu zentral, dass man total im Touristen-Hotspot wohnt, aber auch nicht zu weit außerhalb. Die U-Bahn Station ist direkt ums Eck und auch sonst gibt es in der Straße des Apartments Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants! Das Apartment an sich ist klein, aber perfekt für 2 Personen und hat dieses typischen paris-vibe! Nur empfehlenswert!

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. Amazing location with 3 very convenient Metro stops nearby, and great food and drink on practically every corner. The host was very nice and pleasant to work with as well. Great experience overall.
