Extraordinaria ubicación, limpieza y camas cómodas

Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento. La ubicación es espectacular, tienes tiendas, restaurantes, y zonas de interés en cuanto sales del edificio; El espacio es suficiente para 5 personas, viajar con equipaje ligero es recomendable pues son 3 pisos de escaleras sin elevador.

Everything you could want in Paris is within a ten minute walk, with much even closer than that. Comfortable bed and thoughtful on-site touches. Host is responsive and helpful.

This Flat served us justice as we navigated around Paris for 2 days. With the subway right at the end the streets we were able to get around if our site seeing adventures were longer to get to than walking. The flat was located on a nice street that offered restaurants and a convenience store and had a Sunday market that ended up being a bonus to our last day.

Terrific location in the 2nd Arrondissement. Easy walk to Louvre, Notre Dame, Picasso Museum, Le Marais. With good weather we even walked to the Sacre Coeur and the Luxembourg Gardens. A few hundred meters to the Les Halles metro and train stations. When you come out of the station, just look for the Cathedral of St. Eustache. The apartment is just around the corner. Many good restaurants and cafes within a few blocks. Great Monoprix grocery store downstairs in Les Halles. We had an issue with the stove top not working, but our host jumped right on it and had a new one installed. I will definitely stay here again. Yes, the steps could be a problem for some; but that means since it's on the top floor, it's nice and quiet. Great accommodation.

The location was excellent. We didn’t expect the apartment to be on the top 4th floor without an elevator and the steps are narrow and steep which make it very difficult to walk up with heavy luggages. The Bathroom toilet button was broken but the owner was able to get us the video on how to trouble shoot it. We couldn’t get the TV to work with the 2 remotes so next time be sure to ask your check in staff to show you how to work it before he leaves the apartment. Nicolas was very nice and helpful. Overall our stay was good.

Great apartment in a great location

We loved this high-style, modern apartment retrofitted inside a 500-year-old building in the heart of Paris. Host is very responsive (best responses ever). Check-in is easy. Laundry machine is great. Shower is great. furnishings are comfortable. Neighborhood is perfect. Convent to LesHalles & Chatelet train/metro stations. We wish we could have stayed longer

Perfect location for a variety of activities accessible by foot. - Metro is one block away. -The local market is right outside your door on Thursdays and Sundays. - Shopping, food, the Lourvre...all within walking distance! If walking or climbing stairs is not your thing, then this is not your location. Marcelle's is the best cafe (!).

Perfect place for a Paris getaway

The location of this place is amazing. Close to wonderful shops and restaurants. The Louvre is minutes away. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and the beds were super comfy. It was super easy to check in and check out. Thanks for a great stay!

Not as advertised!!!!

Note: My review keeps being deleted, so I am reposting it: We stayed at the "two bedroom" Louvre penthouse. According to the listing: "The apartment is located in the heart of historical Paris. The penthouse of a 17th Century timbered building, it comprises a drawing room with dining area, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and fully equipped separate kitchen. Arranged over three floors, it very much has the feel of a private house. The apartment can sleep up to 7 people (5 beds)." First of all, it is a cramped, tiny 2-story STUDIO with a loft and a tiny room adjacent to the loft space that can hardly be called a bedroom. There is one queen-sized bed on the second floor and, in the tiny room behind it, a twin bed and a cot crammed next to it. So, TWO beds and a cot and a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. The main thing to note is there is NO PRIVACY if you have children, as it is really a studio. Please also note there is no microwave and not even a real refrigerator, only a mini-fridge that smells terrible. Also, one of the windows has no shade so prepare to wake up early! And the bathroom window is broken so when you open it, it falls off. The listing also claims there is a clothes dryer, coffee maker, elevator, desk, desk chair, printer, high chair, and gym access. None of these things is true. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Great Location & Wonderful Property!

This property is fantastic for families or couples looking to visit Paris. We had 2 adults and 3 children and fit well with the accommodations. Its location is fantastic - within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Sant Chappelle and a two minute walk to one of the main metro stations in all of Paris. We were able to get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. In addition, the neighborhood and streets immediately next to the property have a myriad of shops and restaurants that make finding local cuisine very easy. Overall it was a fantastic experience and a property we would recommend to stay at.

Fantastic location

The place is small but in a great location. There really isn’t room for more than 4 people. Also, the place is on the 4th floor and you have to walk up very narrow stairs carrying your luggage so beware if not everyone in your party can handle it physically. However, for a small party it is wonderful.
