The communication with the property management company was terrible. I asked several times about an early check in and was given various different answers. Upon arrival, we waited until the 3pm check in time, only to find that the apartment was not ready and we would need to wait an additional hour to access the property. I called the management company, and a very rude person told me that I would just have to wait. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the person hung up the phone on me. The payment platform is not VRBO and the payment system, Swikly, is all in French and 3 of my credit cards would not allow the payment. The apartment itself is very small and there were no amenities such as shampoo, garbage bags and other basics. Several important lights were burned out and the shower sprayed all over the toilet. The bed is a box springs and mattress on the floor and very uncomfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor up 2 sets of steep dark stairs. On the day of check out I was advised I needed to take a picture of the key in the key lockbox and upload it. There was no information on where to upload it, and I ended up sending it via text. Very inconvenient while hurrying out the door at 5:30am. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to the Metro. I would look elsewhere next time.
