Todo correcto, limpio y nuevo, pero es zona 2 y no sirve el ticket normal. Mosquitos.
El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. El cercanías está a dos minutos andando, pero cuidado porque tienes que sacar el París visité si quieres que no te salga muy caro, ya que corresponde a la zona 2. El mayor problema son los mosquitos, no puedes abrir las ventanas porque te comen, debería poner mosquiteras en las ventanas. Por lo demás muy bien.

Apartamento bien comunicado, con Paris. Cercano a un supermercado. En general limpio y agradable.
El apartamento esta bien, recomendable mejorar el wifi que funciona bastante mal y algunos muebles algo viejos.

Langes Familienwochenende in Paris
Unser Aufenthalt in Paris war rundum gelungen. Die Unterkunft liegt optimal, etwas außerhalb, dennoch mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Family trip to Paris
Clean, big apartment. Check in could have been more clear. There are multiple buildings, we had to reach out to get the correct apartment and building number. The key is difficult until you learn how to use it. The view of the tower is amazing!!! The beds are on the firm side for an American, but not rock hard. Beds are subjective and I like a softer memory foam mattress. These are spring. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of guide books and little extras. Good security. Nice access to the metro and close to restaurants and a store. Overall nice stay and I would recommend.

Fantastic appartment!
Located in a quiet area with a small supermarket and metro literally round the corner. The flat is equipped with everything you would possibly need during your stay. The hosts were welcoming and gave plenty of tips on how to get around. We loved our stay here!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Paristrip
Die Wohnung war ein riesiger Glücksfall. Sauber, super ausgestattet, groß, gemütlich. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Metrostation war um die Ecke und ein kleiner Laden mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf quasi nebenan. Einen besseren Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch von Paris hätten wir uns nicht wünschen können. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!

Just 3 Train Stops to Notre Dame
Mokke and Susanne were very friendly even though we only saw them upon check-in. my wife and I enjoyed our stay in Paris, and we were very comfortable in this apartment. From the balcony you can see the Eiffel Tower which is 5 miles away as the crow flies. It looks nice at night when the lights are all shining, and you can see the light from the top going around and shining on Paris. The train station is only about 500 yards away. Uber cars were always less than five minutes away. I suggest getting a taxi at the airport when you first come in, but suggest that you use Uber the rest of the time. Taxi drivers will take advantage of you whenever you are leaving any of the attractions. There is a washing machine available but no dryer. However, there are places in the bathroom, plus a portable stand where you can hang up your clothes to dry while you are in the city. I have Missionary colleagues in the country to whom I recommended this apartment for future reference regarding people coming in and out of the country through Paris. I thought the price was reasonable and the space was more than adequate. It is not luxurious if that’s what you’re looking for, but it is clean, nice, comfortable, and convenient to the train station. There is also a Monoprix grocery store about 80 yards from the apartment gate entrance which we found to be convenient. If you have children I recommend this apartment over others that I have seen. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Stay
The apartment was very clean and big enough to accommodate five adults. It was two minutes from a grocery store and five minutes from the RER D line. We were able to visit all of the Paris sights in less than 25 minutes on the D Line. The Host met us at checkin and provided a nice tour of the building. Michael R

We are a party of 6 (including one 22 month old) and stayed in Saint Denis for the 2023 semi-final matches as part of our European trip. Location was perfect for us. Park across the street for the baby and grocery store 1/2 block away for milk and other essentials. Train stop also there and simple ten minute walk to Stade de France. Apartment was clean and well appointed for our purposes. Great communication. Possible Olympic stop for us next year.

Schöne Wohnung in Saint-Denis
Wir nutzen die Wohnung Anfang August 2023. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Mokke lief auf englisch / sehr gut. Die Lage ist für einen Parisbesuch super: Nahverkehrsanschluß in der Nähe, nahezu kein Verkehrslärm (wahrscheinlich wegen vielen Baustellen für Olympia 2024). Obwohl St. Denis nicht als das sicherste Pariser Viertel gilt, fühlten wir uns auch aufgrund der hohen Sicherheitsstandards der Wohnung sehr sicher. Danke Mokke!

A lovely apartment!
This apartment is clean and fully furnished. It is set up to accommodate adults with children, and can easily fit a family of 5-6 people. Easy access to public transportation, taking you into the heart of Paris in 20 min. A very comfortable and safe accommodation. Host was friendly and helpful.

Lovely!
We loved the flat. We didn't expect a view of the eiffel tower from the balcony, which was horgeous, and the kids were excited to see the playground right next door. It was seconds from the train station which made getting in and out easier but i would definitely download city mapper to find your way around the Paris trains. They are confusing. Mokke and his wife qere very nice and we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment
Nice large apartment for 4 adults in a quiet area with only a 4 minute walk to the train station and two minute walk to a grocery store. Just outside of busy central Paris so it was a nice quiet place to come home to. Mokke was a welcoming host and met us there on arrival.

Apartment with a view
Nice secure property easy access to metro. Paris was true to reputation as a pickpocket concern. Had one of us get his cell phone stolen and stopped another separate attempt to steal my wallet. Paris is easy to get around enjoyed the city but with the events above we were ready to go to the Normandy area.

Comfortable Stay
This property was clean, spacious and quiet. It was nice to be able to meet the property managers for check in. They were kind and welcoming and offered suggestions for our trip. They had a lot of extras, even coffee. I did end up buying laundry soap and sugar. We also bought some cooking supplies to make dinner at night. The only concern with the property was the handle on the front door. The bolt was stripped so there were times it would fall off as we tried to shut it. There was also a lock we could use from the inside, but it would take is several minutes to unlock it (maybe user error?) so I chose not to use it as it would be a safety issue if we needed to get of the apartment in a hurry. The cons were out of the property owners control, but something to be aware of if you were thinking of renting here. We stayed with plans to go into Paris each day. The train getting into the city from this stop is packed shoulder to shoulder at best. This is also not a tourist welcoming area so needless to say the train rides each day were uncomfortable. Walking through the neighborhood during the day seemed OK as there were many commuters walking throughout the neighborhoods, however, at night it became very shady, and none of us felt comfortable going out. In addition, I did not feel safe to go out running by myself so I resorted to the gym. Again the property was nice.... neighborhood not so much.

Short stay in Paris
Great for our group of 6. Plenty of room for everyone and quick access to the Metro. Mokke was very responsive and quickly answered questions when we tried to figure out the appliances! Handy grocery store just around the corner which was great for picking up early morning croissants.

Great experience!!
We really enjoyed this VRBO! The bunk room accommodated our three kids and the black-out shades allowed us to sleep-in the sat after arriving from the US. The host checked us in and explained everything perfectly, the apartment was very clean. We enjoyed the kitchen and the balcony, the park across the street. It was so close to the train that we were able to zip into Paris each day with ease and catch the metro to anywhere we wanted in the city. Thank you!!

Could not have been better
Very spacious. Great natural light. Excellent bathrooms with good water pressure. Wonderful balcony to sit out on or to dry clothes overnight. So close to the train station that it didn’t seem as far out as we thought it might. Not many restaurants right near the apartment but there is a grocery store close by. All amenities looked new. Can’t think of a single negative.

Wonderful flat 2 blocks from metro station
My mom, in her seventies, my tween daughter and I had the most wonderful stay here, a little bit removed from the hustle and bustle of Paris. We ventured into the city easily on the Metro everyday to enjoy all the sights, but then got to retreat into this lovely suburb for quite nights. There's still loads to do around Saint Denis including the basilica, canal walks and hundreds of shops and restaurants. Mokke & Susanne are wonderful hosts and made us feel immediately at home in their lovely place.

Super fijn en ruim appartement. 3 ruime slaapkamers met mogelijkheid tot 8 bedden. 2 wcs en 2 badkamers met fijne douches. een kleine maar prima keuken, uitgerust met alle belangrijke dingen. Het was allemaal super schoon en netjes. de locatie was prima, dichtbij RER station op 10 minuten van Gare du Nord. Een winkeltje op de hoek om eten en drinken te kunnen halen. Een aanrader!

Gute Ferienwohnung
Wir haben einen guten Aufenthalt gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung war wie versprochen. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin bei der Schlüsselübergabe war prima. Sie sprach sehr gut Deutsch. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mietshaus, wo man auch mal etwas aus anderen Wohnungen hört, aber das ist nicht zu ändern. Insgesamt doch sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect place out of city central for family
Of you are traveling with your family, this is a perfect place to stay. If the D line is open, it is a very short walk but while we were there it was closed. We walked to the B line which is only about 15 minute walk. It is close enough to the city, you can use Uber. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for my family of 5. There’s an elevator to the 4th floor. If you are traveling with small children there’s a very nice playground across the street. Just around the corner is market where you can purchase food or anything you forgot. Mokke and his family are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time on our short visit to Paris.

What a great location! No, it is not in the heart of Paris, but a two minute walk to the train station and a less than 10 minute train ride gets to there. This apartment was perfect for our family. Everything went very smoothly.

Clean, spacious and convenient apartment just outside the centre of Paris.
Our stay at this apartment was perfect for our needs. We visited Paris for 5 days and we had a great time, from this location we were easily able to access the RER line which gets you all over the city with ease. It is only 5 mintues away. On arrival, our host Mokke was extremely hospitable and helped us to get where we needed to go. His explanation of the working of the apartment was the best we have had through our many stays. Everyone in the family had their own beds with more to spare for a larger group. Great for a family, with a playground across the street for young children and located within a business district so it was quiet at night. Overall an excellent and affordable stay and we would definitely recommend.

Stayed in Paris for a week in February
We travelled to Paris on 19-FEB-2022 for 7 days. Although it was difficult to get in touch with Amokrane at first (4 hours before we received a call back from him), he was very warm and welcoming when he arrived at the property. I must say that we wanted to do an early check in that day so it was not entirely his fault for not getting back to us prior to the specified check in time. When he arrived, he informed us that the listed property we had originally booked was not in proper condition for our stay and had made plans to accommodate us in another property 3 minutes down the road. This new property looked nice and had a great view to the Sacre Coeur church. It was clean and nicely outfited with everytging a guest might need (towels, coffee maker, a smart TV etc…) However, there were 2 downsides: we originally rented a location with 3 bd / 2 ba but this new property only had 3 bd / 1 ba. In addition to that, I noticed that one of the bed frame in the master bedroom had been previously damaged and was left temporarily fixed with a brick and some archaic woodwork for support. When I first sat on it, I heard a noise and noticed the bed sunk. I quickly contacted Amokrane who instructed me how to put the fix back together. Suprisingly, it held through during our entire stay and we had no issues with the bed. l and would recommend Amokrane as a host.

Very nice apartment
Mok welcomed us warmly, spent time showing us around and explaining everything. It's very close to the RER, quicknfor getting into Paris and very close to the Stade de France. Quiet building, quiet neighbourhood.

Très beau séjour à Paris
Appartement très grand et bien situé à 1 minute de l’épicerie et 2 minutes du train qui donne accès à toute la ville. Parfait pour les grandes familles avec 2 salles de bain. Quelques équipements étaient en panne (plaque et prises électriques) et une peinture ne serait pas de refus. En somme nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Paris merci!

Good Paris hideaway
For the price of this roomy apt., one would be hard pressed to find a better place! The RER D is but 2 blocks away and 12 block away is Monoprix - with a good supply of food and needed articles. The apt. is located in a super secure building. Mokke met us at the gate and was very helpful in showing us how everything worked. On the negative side - across the street is major construction - the entire neighborhood will be the area for the 2024 summer Olymipics - it was noisy during the day. We were in Paris, so no problem. However, in the evening, only 1 bedroom was affected. I certainly would recommend this rental; it's a nice place!

Great location!
LOVED everything about this place, EXCEPT the construction cranes right outside the balcony. A new subway station is being built for the 2024 Olympics, so construction will be going on for a while. Luckily, the apartment windows are very soundproof. Also, be SURE you can unlock the door. Our college kids were locked out for hours even though they had a key. They couldn't get the door unlocked. Overall, great place for the price!!

Property was clean. The owner insists that no shoes are to be worn in the apartment, which is ok, but the doors and walls looked like they could use a good scrub. St. Denis is not the best area. We could not find anyplace to have dinner after 7pm within walking distance. The water was shut off for 2 days. Not the owner's fault, due to the construction site directly across from our balcony. The elevator was out the last 2 days, again, not the owner's fault, but 4 flights proved difficult for my husband. Overall, not bad, not great.

Spacious, convenient, affordable!
We loved our stay at this spacious apartment, LITERALLY around the corner from the train station! With a washing machine, a full kitchen, and a grocery store almost across the street, this apartment made our stay with 2 parents and 5 young adult/teens an affordable option. We easily used public transportation from CDG to the apartment, for our entire week-long stay, and back to CDG. The RER D stop around the corner from the apartment shoots you into the heart of Paris in minutes. A couple notes: the apartment complex is really quiet. This is not the place for a loud or rowdy group. The front door takes some real practice to get used to. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW HOW TO OPEN IT. We also had a couple minor electric panel issues. Just learn where the panel is and how to flip the breaker back on. I would go back in a heartbeat. Our hosts met us even though we arrived a little early. They showed us how everything worked. And let us stay until we had to leave for our plane on our last day. Comfortable beds. Shower and tub. And a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur from the balcony. Paris is always a good idea!!
