en general es un hotel normal, que está lejos de tener las 4 estrellas que promociona Adicionalmente se niegan a devolverme por correo los objetos personales que me deje olvidados

La recepción es nueva pero los cuartos son viejos, oscuros, la cama chirría , cortinas sucias, manchas en el sillón de la habitación y agujeros de cigarros. Viajo mucho por trabajo y aquí no voy a volver seguro

Correcto hotel para ir de paso
Cama cómoda y desayuno correcto. Bonitas vistas al lago pero falta de limpieza de las instalaciones... habitación justita.... no a la altura de otros hoteles Novotel. Personal mezclado los que eran amables ... muy amables pero alguno había que dejaba bastante que desear. Demasiado lejos del centro, aunque bien conectado por bus y metro.

Cómodo pero no accesible a transporte público
Buena estadía en gral . Instalaciones grales buena. Instalaciones de habitación necesitan renovación. Precio aceptable. No hay medios de transporte público accesible. El subte q t comunica con París está a 1,5km. Zona no transitada para acceder a el.

Hotel bastate antiguo que necesita renovar sus habitaciones. El servicio de recepción bastante atento. Los camareros del servicio de desayuno poco atentos y amables.

La estancia transcurrió con normalidad, a petición propia se me facilitaron mantas y un par de almohadas más para nuestro confort personal. En recepción muy atentos, la lástima es el servicio de desayuno y restaurante durante las cenas muy poca atención al cliente, esperas para solicitar la carta largas, los empleados sin ningún interés en ofrecer un buen servicio. Falta de comida, algo que deberían advertir antes de pedir a la carta y saber que le queda al chef. El desayuno mal estructurado, sin un mise en place eficiente, bajaban clientes a desayunar y no encontrabas vajilla, ni cubiertos a disposición de los clientes. Tampoco la limpieza era como debía ser.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Paris. It is set in a quiet residential area next to a large lake and although close to a road there was no traffic noise. There was plenty of parking at the hotel. There is a train station you can walk to and bus stops nearby, however, we did not use them, so I can not comment on them. Close by is a large, modern shopping mall, a 10 minute walk away, with a bug selection of shops and a huge supermarket. Inside the mall there were a wide range of places to eat all through the day and into the evening, including a McDonald’s. We used the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food and service were excellent. You can scan a menu to read it in English, which was very helpful. We arrived very late at night after travelling on the Eurostar and were welcomed and booked in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and cups and a few fruit teas bags and along with a small fridge/chiller in the room. There are water stations in the hallways where you can get chilled still or sparking water in a glass bottle, which was provided in the room. We had a great stay at this hotel and found all of the staff friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Disgusting, bad
Dirty, old, tired, weared overpriced hotel. Stains in matras, filty weared rooms and the food is bad, very poor breakfast and dinner. Definitely not 4 stars but rather 1.

Parking is great and quite. Not the most upscale or up to date. It rated 4 star, it would rate at a 3 stars due it limited amenities. Don’t expect luggage service or help opening doors. Overall not bad for the price of $130.00 per night.

Super stay!
Great stay. After a slight mix up with my booming and the required room type the staff went over and beyond to get us sorted. Great room, lovely staff in the restaurant. The hotel is a 10 min pleasant walk to the shopping mall where you the metro right into the centre. Lovely pool area. Would stay again.

Stay here and do yourself, say yes to breakfast!!
Sandrine makes the best breakfast in town! Everything is tasty. Of course, the croissant, the baguette, the bread in general is fresh and delicious. They gave yogurt with fruits in the side. They have various different kind of cheese. Great juices, hot chocolate, coffees, espressos, cappuccinos, etc. They even have bacon which is really not a French classic! They have cereals and pastries. I'm sure I forget some stuff. And everything is the best! The service staff at the restaurant and in the hotel is top notch. The only negative is the gate to get to the hotel didn't work when we were there. And the hotel would need a little refreshing of the rooms. But we would come back and stay there again in a heartbeat. 45 minutes drive or metro to Paris center.

Tres bon hôtel - attention au piano en rdc
Tres bon hotel avec des prix satisfaisant pour la région parisienne. A chaque séjour sur Paris nous réservons cet hôtel. Le personnel est à l’écoute et les chambres très confortables. Seul bémol : il y a un piano en rdc et lorsque l’on dort au rdc et qu’un enfant joue ou plutôt s’amuse sur le dit piano à 7h du matin il est préférable d’être déjà réveillé !!! Le personnel nous a dit que le piano étant en libre service tous le mo de peut y jouer à convenance - il serait bien de préciser des horaires !ç!

Le personnel à l’accueil et au restaurant était vraiment sympathique et patient. La piscine est agréable mais il n’y a avait pas assez de transats. Il y a des fontaines à eau et eau pétillante à la réception. Les chambres sont correctes mais un tableau nous est tombé dessus pendant qu’on dormait. Le lac de Créteil est tout proche, avec un grand parc agréable pour les petits comme pour les grands. Je recommande grandement.

Beliggenhed til Paris- godt.. resten.. øv 😢
Vi har ptøvet at bo på rigtig mamge hoteller, og det er med afstand det dårligste. Beliggenhed var god [10 min] til metro. MEN 1- værelserne lugtede (vi havde 2 værelser) 2- morgenmad var okay, men de lukker tidligt-og står fysisk og venter- det er præcis tidspunkt 3- vi spurgte kl 23 hvad tid baren lukkede, de svarede kl 24. Vi overvejede at bestille en flaske vin, men bestillete kun 2 glas, 23:15 sagde de at de lukkede før, 23:20 slukkede de lyset i restauranten;( 4- dagen efter kl 22 ville vi bestille en flaske vin (vi havde tid nok), men de glemte os, efter 20 min gik jeg op i baren og bestiltw 2 øl. 5- meget dårlige til engelsk
