Please note that there are ongoing facade renovation works on the building, which may cause some temporary inconvenience. No refunds will be granted.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will provide you with the keys to the apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and its operations, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €350 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. You will receive a refund from 21 business days after your departure, provided no damages are noted.
