More of a two star mentality. There was a lovely middle aged lady who seemed sincere and real nice. I loved her. There was a gentleman at the desk who was polite but inadvertently rude! First our check out according to Expedia was 12 PM at noon and according to a gentleman who checked us in, it was the same at noon but in the morning when I saw this new gentleman immediately asked what room we were at what time we were going to check out and I told him noon he said no check out is 1130 which I told him we were told that it was noon and he said no it’s 1130 later on when I explained it to the lady she said it’s because they do not have enough cleaning staff and Won had not showed up to work today not the end of the world I can handle it but what bothered me is it was a rainy day and my son and I took two umbrellas to go for a walk when we return, we put the two umbrellas in the umbrella basket and the guy kind of snaps and says where are the umbrellas? Did you bring them back? I did not see them and I’m like taken aback. Really sounded insulting. I would not mind giving this place one more chance, so I’m giving it three out of five rating. On the bright side, the room was clean, a bit noisy because of the construction next door, and again the lady was incredibly pleasant. Hence my more generous rating.

Die Lage ist sehr schön und man ist schnell an der Metro. Die kleine Straße hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten. Gute Restaurants und Supermärkte und Möglichkeiten zum frühstücken. Das Hotel hat sehr nettes Personal und hilft mit allen Mitteln. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig und reicht für einen Kurztripp völlig aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Beautiful and clean room and hotel. We stayed in room 21, which was super quiet. The hotel is stylish and the staff were super nice. Location cannot be beat. Everything was great for our stay. Totally recommend!

A very cosy,clean,quiet,safe and homey boutique hotel. I had couple to request upon my arrival which were immediately dealt with by the lovely owner and her stuff.A great value for money,highly recommended place. Excellent location,five different restaurants on the same street,perfect place for anyone,will definitely come back.

Brigitte is the owner and is so nice and welcoming. She has invested in this hotel with great taste creating a friendly and elegant atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect. Minutes away by walk to the Sacré Cœur and Gare du Nord. Bravo

Chic, comfy, welcoming hotel with courteous knowledgeable staff. Bathrooms are spacious but do have glass doors - where did that trend come from? Beds and pillows were super comfy.

Super well located in MontMartre, steps away from the Sacre Coeur. Although in a very busy area, the hotel is super quiet. You don't hear the street noise from inside the room. Staff was very nice and attentive (Fabio & the other guy - sorry I forgot the name, and also the owner, Brigitte). They have a Nespresso machine and a mini fridge in the room, and a good size elevator. The rooms are small (it's Paris!) but with good space to hang clothes, and even a small table if you need to work. We did not have the time to check the wellness area or have breakfast, maybe next time.

We found the room and bath to be a very good size and well appointed. Plenty of good dining in the area. We were only there for one night on our way to the airport so did not explore the neighborhood thoroughly. We checked in Wednesday afternoon and they ran our card for a 100 euro deposit. It is Monday and I have not seen a refund yet. I called yesterday and they said it would be processed today.

Fabio put us at ease immediately. He made sure we had everything we needed and was able to tell us options for ways to spend our days that were very helpful. Comfortable beds. Loved being in the middle of Montmarte. Grocery store and wonderful boulangeries so close. Souvenirs available close. Phenomenal chocolate mousse across the street at La Favorita. We were able to find several places close where we could order food and sit outside to eat. We had a lovely time.

Clean rooms. Room was available earlier to us and we were given the choice of 2 rooms to pick from. Concierge Fabio was very engaged to give recommendations and be able to talk in our own language. Breakfast was ok but not special, I would recommend to choose an outside place rather.

Hôtel boutique confortable et calme
Le personnel est très agréable, Chambre de taille correcte, très propre et cosy.. Les chambres sur cour sont très calmes. dommage, il n'y a plus de restaurant, ni de véritable bar..je recommande vivement cet hôtel Petit déjeuner à 19 e c'est excessif.

Lovely small hotel with a very central location. We were well received and the service was generally super nice. Great helpfulness, especially the recommendation of a boat trip on the Seine - it was a really nice experience!
