Modern Artist's House near the Eiffel Tower

  • This spacious loft is a unique home for your stay in Paris. Nestled inside a private courtyard, away from street noises, it is airy, bathed in light, spread across 3 levels with an undeniable character. The top floor bedroom is also every writer or artist’s dream of Paris.

    The neighborhood is very safe, wealthy with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. You are just a short walk (10min) from the Eiffel tower and have all the key attractions of central Paris on your doorstep.

    We have been hosts for eight years now. We truly enjoy it and we hope you will have a great stay.

    Just like a home, you will find on the :

    GROUND FLOOR
    - A double-height living room
    - A dining room with a large table that can easily accommodate all the guests.
    - A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, glassware, and so on...
    - A bathroom and toilet with a bathtub, washer dryer, hairdryers, ironing board

    FIRST FLOOR
    - An en-suite bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bathroom
    - A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a study desk
    - An extra toilet

    TOP FLOOR
    - A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a convertible double bed (140x200) along with a study desk

    EXTRA BEDDING
    - In the ground floor living room there is a mezzanine with a single bed (90x200). It is a cool place to sleep but please bear in mind that this is not a bedroom as such.

    FAMILIES AND CHILDREN
    Families with children are also more than welcome! Upon request, we have a baby cot with a mattress, a high chair, foam mats, and children's books & toys.

    INTERNET
    Internet is a high speed fiber-optic connection and the WiFi is available throughout the whole property. The TV is a smart TV full 4kHD with Netlfix, PrimeVideo installed.

    CLOSE NEIGHBORHOOD
    Within one minute walks from the house, you'll find three bakeries, two supermarkets, three french cafe/restaurants, an Italian pizza restaurant for takeaway, a wine shop, a 24/7 pharmacy, two banks and one metro stop!

    Bed linens, coffee, tea, shampoo, shower gel, and towels are provided.

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The owner was very hospitable and communicative. The house was so comfortable and well cared for. We loved the location (very close to the metro, restaurants, shops... and the Eiffel tower was about 15 minutes away). If we return to Paris, we would love to stay in this house again. Can't recommend it enough!

Everything was fantastic! Location was great, host communicated very well. We had lots of space to enjoy family time together and appreciated the amenities. The house is very charming!

What a wonderful little gem in middle of Paris. The surrounding neighborhood was wonderful with lots of shopping and great food. Emmanuel was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very helpful! This was plenty of room for our 2 families to stretch out, and the kids loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower tip from the 3rd floor! We also greatly appreciated the washer/dryer for clothes and the very modern kitchen. Perfect!

This Paris find was truly a gem for our family of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and one baby! The neighborhood was comfortable and provided all the essentials we required. The metro was in easy walking distance and easy to navigate. The Eiffel Tower is also in walking distance and we spent our first evening in Paris lounging on the grass and watching the kids happily play with the Eiffel Tower in the background. A delight!Our host Emmanuel was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. He even checked in on us after the football excitement got a bit out of hand..So thoughtful! We would highly recommend Emmanuel's home to anyone visiting Paris! Thank you Emmanuel!

Everything was great for our stay in Paris. This is a perfect place to come back to relax after being in the mayhem of Paris. A pretty central location to everything you need and good support from the host.

Cozy Stay in Paris

Our family had a lovely stay here this Spring. Walkable to so many cafés and shops, and not to mention the view of the Eiffel Tower. The home is comfortable, equipped with amenities, and accessible. Emmanuel is a lovely host!

Wonderful Stay!

Fantastic stay- great communication throughout the booking and checking-in process. Location is central to so many great restaurants/shops/sites. The apartment itself is lovely- bright with lots of natural light flowing in; also set in a private alley so virtually no outside noise. Beautiful space, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else if I have the fortune of finding myself in Paris again.

Absolutely Charming!

Absolutely charming home in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Very spacious and cozy. Would definitely stay here again; in fact we hope to! We loved the fish and all of the modern conveniences. Great trip!

Great Location

Home was in a great location to enjoy Paris life with multiple restaurants, cafes and bakeries in the neighborhood. Nice walk to the Eiffel Tower and very easy access to the Metro.

What an awesome location. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and all kinds of restaurants. Metro stations all around to get you to other landmarks in the city.There were seven of us travelling together and this really met our needs for sleeping spaces and room to relax in the living/dining space.Kitchen and main bathroom are more than adequate and everything seems recently updated. The owner was quick to reply to questions via email and offer up suggestions. Very helpful before and during our stay.

So close to the Eiffel tower!

With the Eiffel tower being such a large part of our draw to Paris, this location was superb! Main floor has a great kitchen / Dining Room / Living room common area. Good restaurants nearby. Amazing ice cream about a 5-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing host, beautiful house, great location

We had such an incredible stay. Emmanuel was so thoughtful and swift in his communication, the house is amazing (spacious, quiet, cool, well equipped and filled with art and character) and the neighbourhood is lovely (lots of lovely cafes and bakeries, everything you need on the doorstep) And all just a short Metro ride or a 20min walk from the Eiffel Tower!!! We have had such an incredible time staying here Thank you

Lovely place

We spent a lovely week in Paris. The house is amazing! Great location! Around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and subway. The house is very comfortable and Big for our family of 7! We enjoyed it very much will def be back when in Paris

What a great house. First it was spotless. Second it is in the greatest location , minutes from two subways/metro that go EVERYWHERE you need to go. Central Paris is no more than20 minutes away. There is everything you need in the neighborhood, bakery, butchers, great restaurants, shopping. Next time in Paris we hope to stay there again. The host could not have been nicer.

We highly recommend staying at this home away from home in Paris! Emmanuel was outstanding in making us feel welcome and answering all our questions before and during our stay! We had an extraordinary reunion of friends (two families who just moved to Paris from Toulon and Texas) and the kitchen and dining table provided everything we needed for this wonderful visit! The live plants and beautiful aquarium brought life and health to this artistic home. We loved all the recommendations for restaurants (dined twice in Cafe du Commerce - ask for Didier) and everything else you need to know in Paris! We walked all over from this wonderful Paris home!

Family Fun

The house is very accommodating and fun for a group of grandparents, parents and kids. It is unusually interesting and spacious, a kind of modern cottage with lots of natural light through the many skylights even though it’s in a courtyard surrounded by taller buildings. The neighborhood is also well located for getting to all the Parisian sights, with far more markets, shops and restaurants than you’ll ever need without being overwhelmed by tourists. We loved our stay and recommend it highly.

Lovely house, great location

We were a family group of 6 adults and the house suited us perfectly. It is a lovely house, very well equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal for Paris sightseeing. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower. For everything else the Metro is just round the corner. It is in a nice residential area with plenty of cafés and shops.

Best location!

Wonderfully charming artist’s home. We loved the location and ease of accessing the city. Only draw back was the heat, and fans only, no AC which is very common. However, you can’t control the weather! Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable home away from home

A close 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and jump off point for bus, walking and water cruise tours. So many restaurants and bakeries within a block or two. Home is welcoming and very safe feeling. Kitchen had all cookware you’d ever need. Communication with owners was swift and very helpful!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at this property over New Years. The owner was very thoughtful, understanding and excellent communicators, they respond very fast to any messages and were very helpful. The property is very clean, comfortable and practical with all modern amenities for our family of 2 adults and 4 children aged 7-14. The area is excellent, not touristy yet very Parisian with shops and services, restaurants in rue de Commerce nearby, and walking distance to 2 very convenient Metro stops. Would definitely stay here again next time!
