We loved this condo. The bathrooms were excellent! 2 toilets with sinks plus 2 showers with sinks. We designated a shower and toilet each for the adults and kids. This worked perfectly and made the accommodations function ideally. We had a slight ant issue and the host was swift to resolve. One room is a twin bunk bed with a dresser. Another room is 2 twin beds smashed together to make a queen bed. This room has a smaller chest of drawers and a full wall of windows. The last bedroom has a queen bed with a small chest of drawers and one window. There was a chair that folded into a small bed in the twin bunk room. 2 clothing racks in the hallways served as closet. We also positioned heaters to dry our laundry. The unit includes a washing machine. Clothes need to be line dried. The table and chairs in the hallway allow for 10 people to enjoy a meal together. Both couches in the main living area folded out and created additional space for up to 4 more people.The trash receptacles are right outside the door. The condo is accessed from a private courtyard. The location is off the main road and away from noise. We loved the location! Excellent access to the metro! We walked to 2 markets. Le Marais is within waking distance. Groceries, boulangerie, and café are close. Bounce luggage storage options are close.We plan to visit again. This condo surpassed our expectations. 7 people were extremely comfortable in this condo. The lock box was excellent.

The communication and attentiveness of the host was great, and the place was in a quiet area and lots of conveniences near by plus close to two metro stops. However, there's lots of issues with this place (bravo to the photographer for making this place look awesome). First off, there's lots of "extra" furniture in the place that isn't really usable, there's a bunch of barstools located in the hallway that just makes the hallway cramped, the only use for those stools would be if you were having a party and people needed somewhere to sit, which is against the rules (shrug). There's a chest of drawers in one of the bedrooms with a nightstand in front of it making it fairly useless. One of the water heaters is flaky and stops working unless you manually reset it (which didn't always work). The sinks and showers didn't drain well and so made a mess the first couple of times taking a shower (can't have the water on full). Can't use the toaster, it causes the entire electrical circuit to trip (yes the entire place goes out). There's plenty of dishes to serve a meal, but no real tools to prep a meal (only one salad bowl and no prep bowls or baking trays). Non-stick pans but metal utensils, and only one, yes one, dish towel and no oven mitts. So outside of something really basic, the kitchen isn't that usable (especially for a long stay). Biggest issue is the drafty front door and how cold the place was. The main room has no heat source! Personally I would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful 7 nights stay over Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating and let us drop our luggage ahead of check-in time. We had an issue with water heater in one shower and he immediately responded with the fix. Shared with us some great restaurant list. The location is fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which is located in a quiet, non touristy neighborhood of Paris with excellent access to the Metro (3 stations in walking distance). The area itself has all the amenities one could need - grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants both sit down and takeaway. While somewhat oddly configured, the apartment itself was clean, has all the basic features one might need, comfortable beds, and easy access. The booking process was easy and the directions and communication with the owner were excellent.

This was a very poor value for the very expensive rate. The online pictures cleverly disguise some strange and inconvenient things about this property. Although the listing leads you to believe you can, it is forbidden to use the outdoor space at all. In fact the bench outside the door is not usable as there is a heavy stone pot of plants on it. The neighbours around the "patio" are very unfriendly and clearly resent the VRBO intruders. Also the entrance is directly next to the recycling and trash bins for the complex, so you heard smashing and slamming of garbage and bottles being put in the receptacles at all hours.None of the three TVs worked.There were 4 remotes, none of the brands matched the TVs and were not marked. Made multiple requests to fix this,on our second to last day one tv in a bedroom seemed to be working.The apartment had only one window that opened. One shower flooded very badly and despite multiple requests and multiple promises, no one came to fix it so three of us were left one shower. That functioning shower had no hot water several times during our stay. No hooks or towel racks in any of the bathrooms ! Made it difficult to wash and dry your hands. The kitchen was well supplied however there was one dish towel, no dish rack, and one roll of paper towel. Such little things to fix, but make a huge difference in convenience and safety.Finally there was no info book to orient you to the apartment functions and the neighbourhood.

Pros, Property is clean and in good location, Grocery stores and underground station are close. Communication is excellent. Cons, does not have 2 bathrooms as advertised. Has 4 half baths. Layout is funky with no ensuite bathrooms. Beds and couch are uncomfortably hard. No wash cloths provided. Both shower stalls had poor drainage and were prone to flooding the floor. Only one key is provided and requires a 9 digit code to access. Knives are not sharp enough to cut salami without great effort. I would not stay there again. The drapes are inadequate to cover the windows and one shower has no drapes with a semi transparent window for all to see inside while showering. There are no towel bars in the half baths.

Location near subway stations and market and pharmacy across the street was great! Loved the multiple bathrooms! Outer walls are pretty thin. Great to have AC although we didn't need it even in August, being on the ground floor. Most of the stores in the neighborhood were closed probably because locals are traveling during August. Would def recommend!

Very conveniently located, within a five to ten minute walk to the Saint Ambroise and Voltaire metro stations. We visited in August and were definitely thankful that the apartment is air conditioned. The bedding, mattresses, and pillows are larger/more comfortable than most European accommodations. Even though there were many businesses closed in the neighborhood for summer vacations, there were still boulangeries, restaurants, and shops available and a grocer is conveniently a half block away. There is a clothes washer but no dryer in the unit (drying racks are provided). There are three bedrooms and two toilets and showers (in separate rooms). One shower is off the kitchen ... so the layout is unusual (and there are no towel racks in the bathrooms or dressers in the bedrooms). Overall, a very convenient location and air conditioning made this a great pied à terre for a multi-generation family holiday.

The apartment is lovely. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of fantastic local food options close and shopping just a few blocks away. Our host was friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We appreciated that the location was protected by a gated courtyard where we sat in the evenings/nights talking about our daily adventures. As an American, I initially considered the layout of the apartment a little odd. But after the first day, we realized the separate showers and toilets were just what the five of us needed. The AC is cold, the kitchen is well equipped to cook there, and the beds were comfortable. We definitely felt safe all week. The main tourist stops were just a short drive away. We wanted to experience typical Parisian life for a week, and this place allowed us to do just that.

Deceiving description and old photos

First of all, we booked this property based on photos which look nothing like the actual apartment. The managment company emailed us the day we checked out saying we should give them a good review and they would give us a good review. However, anyone considering renting this property needs to know the facts so they dont go through what we did.The space is full of cheap plastic dining tables with unstable aluminum bar stools. It is hard to maneuver in the living areas because of poor placement. The sleeper sofas are disgusting with several stains and burnholes. There is so much mold growing in the showers you can smell it throughout the unit. The paint is peeling in several places and windows are filthy. None of the tv's work and when we sent a message asking for instructions, they sent us back a generic note on how they work using two remotes and boxes for each tv. It turns out there were no batteries included. The six garage bins for all twelve units are right next to this front door so it is noisy and the trasy smell is unbearable. We had to purchase air freshner, bug spray, and ant killer which they should already have in unit. The description for this property says it is modern, but it is not. Too bad VRBO website doesnt allow photos from guests because you would be shocked at the difference from the website's staged photos and the real pictures. We felt decfurnishings are stained, worn out and not

Great place

Great location and very nice apartment. The check in/out procedure was easy and flawless and communication with the company was great. The apartment is a bit unusual with a long hallway with bathrooms and then a right turn with another long hallway with the bedrooms. All told the apartment makes 3/4 of a square. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great location

The place was very clean and the location was perfect. We had to check out in the morning and our other place wasn't ready until the afternoon. They were so kind to let us leave our bags at the place until the afternoon and the cleaning lady even waited for us to get there to make it easier. I cannot say enough good things at how accommodating they were to make our stay comfortable.
