We had a wonderful stay at Apt CARRERA in the Montmartre neighborhood of Paris. The flat was exactly as described—full of Parisian charm, clean, comfortable, and very well suited for our family of five (two adults and three teenage daughters). It’s a thoughtfully maintained space with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.The location is absolutely fantastic. Just a short walk from the Metro, yet tucked into a neighborhood so rich in character that you don’t even need to leave Montmartre to feel like you’ve truly experienced Paris. We walked to every major attraction in the area—from Sacré-Cœur to the artists’ square at Place du Tertre—and loved taking in the cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and lively cafés along the way.One of the highlights of staying here was the neighborhood itself. The variety of food options was incredible—cheese shops, bakeries, a butcher, wine stores, and several small grocery markets were all nearby. We appreciated being able to shop locally and enjoy authentic French meals right at home.Apt CARRERA was a perfect home base for our Paris adventure, offering comfort, convenience, and an authentic neighborhood vibe. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris, especially families looking for a charming and well-located flat.

Furniture was old, beds were good, couch bed not so good. Not really clean, could not use the washer dryer as they were full of mold. Moldy tiles in grout in shower. Would not recommend to anyone. Very hot , with only one tiny fan to help cool the room

Great family stay in Paris

This was a great place for our family (5 with 3 teenagers) during our vacation in Paris. Ideal location within walking distance of the metro, bakeries, restaurants and Montmarte. Apartment was small but ideal for a place to sleep. The host was accessible and provided recommendations in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It fit our group of 5 very well. The location is perfect for travel by metro and bus getting us to all of our planned activities! Louvre, Eiffel Tower, notre dame, etc. the host communication was perfect with details about everything we needed!! Can’t thank you enough!

This was a great property in a wonderful neighborhood. Our checkin was simple and everything we did on our trip was conveniently accessible by metro from the apartment. Would definitely recommend and would stay again the next time I’m in Paris.

Lovely apartment

It’s a lovely small apartment in a wonderful neighbourhood. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. My only criticism is that the sofa bed is very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep in and is awkward to set up and put away. This is a 5 star stay if you don’t need the sofa bed, and 4 star if you do. It’s just quite awkward and uncomfortable if you need that 3rd bed. Everything else is great!

Very good communication!

Super detailed instructions for everything from how to check in to how to operate each appliance. Very good communication altogether and for the small problem we did have which was solved promptly. Great neighborhood with lots of stores (mostly open Tuesday through Saturday). Comfortable beds. It is three floor walk up. Within an hour walk you are at Sacre Coeur. Don’t miss it even though there are a lot of steps to get there. Might want to Uber otherwise, go though, beautiful church with stunning views of Paris.

Trip to Paris

The apartment was on the third floor and the stairs were difficult for some of us. The neighborhood had many choices for food and drinks. Close to metro. Check in was great with Ida. Paula was very gracious as well. I would enjoy staying in Montmartre again!

Excellent Property in a wonderful location!

This was a perfect apartment for our week long stay in Paris for our family of 4. The apartment was just as explained in the description with very comfortable queen sized beds, laundry, kitchen and great shower. The check in process was wonderful, there are many restaurants, cafes & supermarkets close by, with a lovely bakery just downstairs, and it was a very safe area. We were close to the metro station and accessed all of Paris from there, while being able to easily walk to Sacre Coeur and even to the Arc de Triomphe one day. If we came home a little earlier in the evening, we could login in to Netflix and enjoy a movie, which was a nice option. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and I’d like to thank Paula and Yasmin for making us feel very much at home.

Wonderful place to stay in Paris!

I stayed with my husband and 3 kids and it was great! It's pretty close to the metro (about 10 min walk), which was super helpful in getting around the city. It's walking distance to Sacre Coeur and there are also many restaurants and cafes in the area. There were a few markets near by, so we were able to buy a few things to cook in the kitchen. The apartment is very cute, very clean, pretty modern. Upon arrival, a woman met us there to greet us and show us around, which was very nice, and the owner was very communicative/responsive when we reached out to her during our stay. My only recommendation would be to have darker curtains in the living room b/c it was very light when my son slept in the pull-out couch there. Overall, a great apartment to rent while visiting Paris and we'd definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Wow, we are so lucky to have choosen this spot from the many Paris options. Great location, great apartment, great service. Authentic Parisian experience, top notch bakeries right next door, full-on grocery stores within a block or two, metro and bus stops within 10 minutes. Plus there’s an awesome cat in the courtyard who loves treats!

Perfect Paris Vacation

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for the week trip we spent in Paris. The neighborhood is great — plenty of restaurants and shops and near two metro stops. The apartment is lovely, just as described. It had everything we needed, and it was a wonderful place to relax. We were greeted by Yasmin and Cyril when we arrived, and they showed around the apartment answering all our questions, including where to go for dinner that evening. Of all our VRBO stays, this one had the friendliest host — they made us feel so welcome.
