Great experience and convenient location. It was close to La Marais, which was our favorite area to spend time. Check in/out instructions were clearly and timely communicated. The apartment was spacious and nice! Our family enjoyed the stay.

Great location. Fun and clean apartment. Many options nearby for food and restaurants. Host was timely on communication… note they seem to be VERY strict on check in and out times. Housekeeper literally knocked on the door at 11:00 am on the minute.

Can’t beat the location

It’s a wonderful spot in the 2/3 line. Amazing stay and plenty of space for 6. One caveat was they only had a single key which was very inconvenient. They had several excuses but no real answer about how to resolve this during our stay. If you’re staying with parents, etc I’d make sure to ask this beforehand.

Outstanding!

After a long day of travel, we were thrilled to find the apartment clean and cool. Check in was quick and easy. The lift was a plus when loading luggage in/out. We arrived during a heat wave and spent long days and nights out and about the city so coming home to air conditioning was a great relief. The apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The windows blocked much of the sound from the neighborhood. The plumbing, air-conditioning and electrical seems to have been recently updated. The apartment has been nicely renovated while maintaining charm.The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and has many restaurants, cafés, bars, stores, grocery, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.

Lovely experience. We were a little nervous about using VRBO in another country, however, this worked out perfectly. The listing was exactly as advertised and we had no problems checking in or communicating with the host.

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a lovely property for two couples. We enjoyed the proximity to great food, bars and other activities. Very secure building with a nice kitchen. Would definitely return.

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY

“LES BONS” – the GoodSuperb location with a Metro station downstairs, walking distance to the Marais, luxury shopping and to 1st/2nd ArrondissementsUpdated apartment with clean, uncluttered look, cute IKEA styling“LES MAUVAIS” – the BadVery noisy unit – you can hear the people above at 2 am walking around, and street construction below can be unbearable (sometimes occurs at night)Poorly stocked; no paper towels, no Kleenex and we had to request toilet paper Day 2 (of 6) (which was delivered, but the paper towels we requested never arrived)Broken shower in bathroom #1, only the “rainforest” showerhead worked, requested this to be fixed - never addressedAC’s hit or miss – unseasonably warm start to spring, we requested non-functional AC’s to be checked, only 1 of 4 was adjusted/fixed to cool us“LE LAID" – the UglyAWFUL communication with Host – we arrived after 12 hour flight from California, and the apartment keys were not in the lockbox as promised at 4 pm. Attempts to call Host were unreturned, she refused to answer or call back, just delayed texts. Finally, cleaners came down with keys at 4:40 with our exhausted kids sitting on floor in lobby. Not even an apology, just a “thank you for understanding”. Unacceptable.

A wonderful place to stay while in Paris.

This apartment is in the charming area of the Marais. We enjoyed the restaurants and culture. And it is well situated near the metro and the transportation access at Châtelet

Clean and Comfortable Unit with Convenient Location

The unit was as we expected based on the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for the four of us. It was great that it had two separate king-bed rooms, and two separate full bathrooms, each with their own shower. The living room was comfortable and suitable for our needs. The location was less than a half mile from the nearby metro and we were able to get around Paris bery easily.

Wonderful apartment

We just spent 5 nights great days in Paris. Apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean and quiet. Location is super convenient - grocery store and bakery less than 1 block away. Metro stop across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Nice Apartment in Central Paris

Located right across from the subway stop and next door to Monoprix where you can purchase some staples. A/C and washer/dryer very helpful during our August trip. Host was very prompt responding to a any questions we had. Extremely comfortable set up for our family of 3 but could easily have accommodated more people.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was spacious and well-laid out for our young family of five. Very well situated near numerous metro stations and near rue Montorgueil. We were very happy with the rental and recommend it strongly.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location in Paris. Very easy metro access (right across the street) and many beautiful sites within walking distance. We stayed here with our family, and the accommodations were perfect. Very clean and comfortable - a very nice place to unwind after a long day touring the city! Check in/out process was seamless. We hope to be back!

Perfect location in Paris

One of our guides who picked us up a Bonne Novelle said what a perfect location to see the real Paris. The streets were busy, with locals and tourists. Lovely shops and food off our doorstep and the metro, which we used daily ,was just across the street. There was an elevator and a washing machine, 2 very needed accessories 😁👍. We were an extended family of 6, great sleeping and 2 completely new bathrooms. Paris was hot and sticky, it was a comfortable and easy place to relax at the ends of busy days.

Beautiful Apartment and Great Location.

This place is fabulous and is exactly as advertised. I was a little reluctant at first to book this place because I thought it was a little too far from the Eiffel Tower. But once we checked in, I quickly discovered that the 2nd Arrondissements is exactly the right place to be. We were far enough from the tourist that we could actually use our French to get around but there was always someone who spoke a little English that communications was never a problem. You can notice this when you walk back from the Eiffel Tower of Notre Dame. The apartment itself had everything and with two full bathrooms, we never waited (there were six adults in our party). The kitchen had everything, the refrigerator was more than adequate and probably much bigger than we needed because we didn't come to Paris to cook. I would advise American travelers to bring Ice bag (available from Amazon). Ice is very hard to come by in Paris and it seems most Parisens aren't particularly bothered by this. The check in procedure seemed a little complicated but once we got there it all made sense. I didn't realize that one set of keys were in apartment so once you get the first of keys from the box, the second set of keys will be waiting for you once you get into the apartment. Pay attention to which set of keys has the key for the trash area. You'll need that one to empty the trash on your way out. I can't say enough about this place. You'll love it.

Paris Stay

Great area - comfortable lodging - and in a Paris heat wave, the AC was so appreciated!!! The apartment is bright, attractive, well decorated - and we also appreciated the two bathrooms! Right near a metro stop and a Monoprix supermarket!! Two small problems - the double mattress in one bedroom was very hard - and we did not have instructions on how to operate the dryer. Other than those small glitches- it was a lovely accommodation!

Paris vacation

Pictures are 100% accurate. Beautiful flat close to many restaurants and tourists attractions. Great attention to detail and beautifully decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We had a wonderful stay.

Great location and windows

This is a clean and beautifully furnished flat in a location central to so many Paris highlights - restaurants, museums, shopping, etc. We did not have a car but walked or Ubered everywhere we wanted to go. There is a ton of natural light and most of the rooms have windows. There is a grocery/store literally across the street. The only awkward experience was getting in - you need a code to enter the building, another code to get the keys, and still a third code to get to the stairwell. It's all explained well in the check-in procedures. Also, the flat is on the third floor (remember, in Europe the first floor is considered 0) so you could have 3 flights of stairs to manage if the elevator is not operational (it wasn't when we were there). The stairwell is wide and well lit. Finally, check out was a breeze. The only thing the owner asks is that you take out the trash, put all the towels in one location, and leave the place neat.
