Sentimos que tenga la sensacion que le engañemos. La tasa de estancia es un impuesto local definido por el ayuntamiento directamente. En Paris, para un hotel de 5 estrellas el impuesto es de 3.75 € por dia y por adulto. Esta informacion se puede ver en todas las paginas web donde puede reservar nuestro hotel.
Esperemos que haya disfrutado su estancia en nuestro hotel.

Staff was so lovely. Hotel was beautiful and room was a great size for family of 4. Kids loved that the pullout sofa was 2 twin beds versus a double/queen. Pool was beautiful as well. Highly recommend!

Excellent location with the added benefit of being on a quiet street. Hotel staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The size, condition and the cleanliness of the room was perfect. L’eau de la piscine est chauffée entre 28 et 29 degrés et notre équipe technique veille quotidiennement au contrôle de la qualité et de la température de celle-ci afin d’assurer la sécurité et le bien-être de nos clients. Après vérification de nos registres, aucune anomalie n’a été constatée durant votre séjour. Had a fantastic family stay here. We stayed in the suite and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and was very clean and comfortable. What made this stay extraordinary was when the Chef Concierge Yannick Tonnellier got on his motorbike and personally delivered one of our forgotten bags to us at the airport. We were so thankful for this act of kindness and this exceeded our expectations of hospitality. Would never stay anywhere else in Paris.

이 호텔들에 대해서 말도많고 탈도많은거 같은데... 기본적으로 타 5성 호텔에 비해서 저렴한 편입니다. 내부 시설은 최고급 시설까진 아니였지만, 값 이상은 한다고는 느껴졌습니다.

Sleepy spot a couple blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. We were hoping to get a chance to use the pools - but you had to book ahead of time at the front desk and the hours seemed not so convenient if you are trying to see the sights during the day. Wish it was easier to access and that they offered massage services etc.

We are sorry to read that your stay did not exceed your expectations and that you could not use the pool. We take our guest feedback into consideration and have recently extended pool opening times. For security reasons, the pool is open to hotel guests from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM upon reservation only. We do not offer massage services at the moment, but our concierge team can arrange in-room massage from an external massage company upon request. Thank you again for your feedback. Not good enough
Overall disappointed. Hotel was slightly outdated, service was ok - but the breakfast was extremely bad. Not worth the money and it’s a pity it’s rated 5 stars.
The value vs price is off and we will not be back.

This property was extremely disappointing. Our room wasn’t what was represented to us in the picture when we booked. There were lights out in the bathroom, shower wasn’t working, the TV remote didn’t even have batteries. Called to get coffee at 6am and said sorry have to wait until 7am. Mind boggling to me when you’re paying 700$ a night. We were traveling with children and in the bathroom there was a rack to hang things. On the bottom there were 2 metal anchors to hold the rack and one had a plastic protector and the other was exposed in which my son banged his head on the metal. Light switches were dated and faulty couldn’t turn certain lights off. The spa was closed as well. I am not one to complain but when you’re paying as much as you are per night you expect better. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

Please be assured that we have updated our maintenance team for resolution. We are sorry to hear that you could not access our spa. The pool and gym are open from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm every day.
