The room was affordable yet spacious, we also could not hear other guests in the rooms around. The staff really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

Hotel is clean, staff is very nice. However the AC is our room was not working during our whole stay and they did not do anything about it.

far away of a 5-star-hotel
We were told in the afternoon that roomservice will be ok for the dinner as th restaurant was closed. But at 9Pm the housekeeper came saying that it was closed; We had to go out and buy prepared food at "Daily Monop" to eat someting. Askef for a glass of wine. "No" for answer again.
Not even try to serve someting for our breakfast....
Nothing about this stay was as it should have been. Just unbeleivable

I really enjoyed staying here. The place was immaculate and the staff was wonderful. They worked hard to make us feel we are the most important guests they had.

Rooms were large and spacious with beautiful furnishings. Very nice location and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and monuments. Disappointed that Breakfast was not included in the price like other Hotels. A/C did not work well in rooms and weather was too hot to open windows.

My #1 Paris hotel
This hotel and location is exceptional. I travel to Paris often and this is my #1 spot over the past few years. Not a five-star but a very clear hotel in a great location with an exceptional staff!
