  • L'Elysée Studio, renovado en 2014, es un amplio y moderno apartamento estudio con mucho sol, cielo y hermosas vistas. Está a pocos pasos de los famosos Campos Elíseos y la avenida Montaigne, las avenidas más modernas de París.

    Si bien el apartamento es moderno, el edificio es esencialmente francés en cuanto a su estilo arquitectónico, que data de principios del siglo XX. Con una gran escalera de caracol, mármol y grandes puertas francesas en cada piso, ¡rápidamente te das cuenta de que estás en París! ??

This apartment was a fabulous home base for all things Paris! The hosts were very easy to work with and English speaking. The location was safe with a very convenient grocery store and many incredible places to eat. Located very close to metro lines, making getting anywhere around Paris super easy! We absolutely loved it and can’t wait for our next trip!

Nice apartment located centrally within the walking distance of many attractions.The amenities were very good and the communication with the host helped us with our delayed arrival.It was really hot in Paris, but during the night we could sleep with the window open. A ventilator is provided: it's useful during the day, but too noisy for the night.We found good restaurants nearby and a convenient store is available at the gate of the building.Overall a very nice experience

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was fantastic—close to great cafes, shops, and easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city effortless.What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth, and they went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

We had a wonderful stay in Paris and would absolutely recommend this apartment. The location was amazing — everything was very convenient for visiting the major tourist areas, and the metro station just down the street made getting around the city incredibly easy. Having a small grocery market right by the entrance was also very handy.The apartment was exactly as described and worked perfectly for the three of us. My teenage son said the pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, and the queen bed was great as well. The privacy curtain was a nice touch and helped make the space feel more functional for a group.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay — very responsive, helpful, and always available if we had questions.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I arrived in Paris during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Unfortunately, we had no idea there would be a heatwave. We also overlooked that the apartment does not have air conditioning, although the listing clearly mentioned this and noted that two large fans were provided.What truly stood out was the kindness and integrity of the hosts, Thierry and Dora. They immediately acknowledged our concerns, especially since we were traveling with two young children, and graciously gave us the option to stay or leave without any pressure or resistance. In a time when many hosts might have been less understanding, they handled the situation with honesty, empathy, and professionalism.Although we ultimately decided not to stay because of the extreme temperatures, the apartment itself was exactly as advertised—beautiful, spacious, and spectacular. We would absolutely book with Thierry and Dora again and hope to return when the weather is a bit cooler.

Great Location and Cute Unit!

The location was amazing! We felt very safe and could walk everywhere we wanted to go! The unit was great and made amazing use of the space!!! Loved the privacy curtain that went around the bed so our teenange daughter felt she had a space of her own as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this loft and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. The location is simply outstanding — everything you need is within easy reach, and having a Carrefour nearby was incredibly convenient for picking up groceries, drinks, and everyday essentials without any hassle.The apartment itself is a fantastic option for a Paris stay. It's well thought out, comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home.The one thing worth mentioning is that we arrived on the last day of the May heat wave, which made the first night quite tough — it was genuinely hard to sleep with the heat. To be fair, the following days were excellent and we had no complaints at all. That said, if you're visiting during the peak summer months, keep in mind that with only an open window and a fan, it may be difficult to manage very high temperatures. This is more of a heads-up than a criticism, as it's a common challenge in Parisian apartments.Finally, communication with the host was excellent throughout — responsive, helpful, and friendly from start to finish. We felt well taken care of the entire time.Overall, a great place to stay in Paris. We'd definitely come back!

A brilliant position for any couple in Paris for a good period of time. We had a month here, and were able to best-use the Carrefour next to our building, for eating in when required, great wines, excellent selection of food, great bread, as well as close to the metro and some great bus services. An excellent bed! Clean room, all kitchen services. Excellent communication from the owners. We will be back again! Recommended.

Tiny apartment in Paris center

The location is in ideal position for walk through the city. In 30 min walk you can get all point of interest of the city. We used the washing machine and it works very well. We spent great time in this location.

Wonderful location. Near two metro stations and bus stop nearby. Building has great security (better than lots of hotels). Quiet unit overlooks the courtyard (slept great after NYE celebrations). Food market downstairs, bakery at the end of the street. Walking distance (20min) to Arc de Triomphe, Petite/Grand Palais, Palais Garnier, Hop-on/Off bus.Laundry is handy for longer stays. The fridge is great for leftovers, juices, breakfasts. Bed is comfortable, good closet space. YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on TV.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Location is great. Subway stations near by. Carrefour conveniently located downstairs. Very nice, clean apartment. Shower had good water pressure. We used the washing machine that had a quick cycle which is just what we needed. Great location - was just a short walk away from the train station with nearby restaurants and stores.

An amazing and warm home in Miromesnil

I have never stayed at a lovelier apartment in any city, one where everything worked as it should, which was picturesque and comfortable and a perfect “home base” for our travels. The neighborhood is right in the center of everything and yet still fairly quiet and calm. The hosts were immediately responsive, friendly, and speak great English. I really could not have asked for anything more and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing for a top-flight Paris experience. Bon voyage!

The property is exactly as described, it was very clean, overall perfect for us. It is in a classic building but the kitchen and bath are modern and everything works perfectly. The bed is very comfortable. It is very quiet yet convenient - the window overlooks an interior courtyard, so common in Paris, not the street. The hosts are extraordinarily helpful, met us at the door to give us the keys and explain in and out, cleaned something we dropped in the common area and got us a taxi to the airport. One interesting thing is that some sources say this building was HQ for the US CIA from the end of WWII until the 2000s. Everything was close - a Carrefour downstairs, restaurants up and down the street, the Post Office on the street and Micromesnil Metro at the end of the block.

Charming Paris Apartment

I loved my stay in this charming apartment. Dora was lovely to deal with and went out of her way to make my stay perfect. She met me later than planned due to my flight and showed me around the home. She had fresh roses and got me the perfect coffee, to my taste. She even researched metro times for me and sent me the info. Thank you Dora. The apartment was cozy and elegant. I enjoyed a coffee in bed each morning looking out those huge windows. The neighbourhood was great and close to the metro for easy travel around the whole city. Great for walking day and night. I plan to stay in this spot again. It's a winner!

During my entire 6-night, 7-day stay, there was no hot water. The host knew about this issue before I checked in but didn’t inform me until I asked about the lack of hot water. I’m really shocked that they didn’t notify me in advance. I’m going to file a complaint directly with Vrbo. The host even threatened to take legal action if I spoke up about it.I gave it one star because the location is good.
There’s no need to distort the truth.
