  • Lujoso apartamento de 1.100 pies cuadrados, decorada w / antigüedades, tranquilo, soleado y situado en la zona dinámica de Boulogne. Cerca de las líneas 2 de metro, autobuses, tiendas, tiendas de alimentos gourmet, mercados y restaurantes, cine, centros deportivos y bosques.
    El apartamento fue recientemente renovado, entrada de mármol, etc ... El primer baño es flamante y fue completado 02 2015 y tiene una ducha, el otro es un pequeño cuarto de baño ducha / lavabo. Un dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial, el otro, un conjunto de literas + cama nido. Fuera de la sala de estar hay una zona con una cama de matrimonio de lujo murphy.
    El salón tiene un sofá de cuero y 2 grandes sillas antiguas; un amplio escritorio. El comedor tiene 4 sillas y la mesa redonda se puede ampliar w / hojas.
    La nueva cocina es larga y bastante amplia; tiene una pequeña barra de bar y está totalmente equipada (incluso con una máquina de café Nespresso); que conduce a la terraza, que también cuenta con 2 sillones y una pequeña mesa de bar w / 2 sillas.
    Este sexto piso flloor con grandes ventanales es muy cómodo y lujoso y le dará la impresión de ser parisino!

Everything was clean and in great working order. The host communicated extremely well. It was perfect distance from Roland Garros.

This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. The location is perfect for going to the French Open and PSG matches. The neighborhood is terrific with easy access to grocery stores and a variety of shops and restaurants. The owner was very accommodating for our request for an earlier check in time. As an added benefit, there is a music academy nearby that you can hear beautiful singing and instruments being played throughout the day.

Very clean, pleasant, well equipped, close to shopping and restaurants, easy to find, and the hosts are THE best of any bnb we’ve ever rented - great communication, friendly, and very helpful. We highly recommend this apartment!

Had a great time here. Grocery store less than a block away so we were able to cook some meals in to save money. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood withing walking distance of two metro stations.

Weekend In Paris

The property will make you feel Parisian! It ia in the perfect location, you are close to shopping, dining and the Eiffel Tower!

Quiet Getaway Near Paris

This was the perfect place for our group of six. Convenient access to Paris in a quiet neighbor. It was great to come back after a busy day in Paris and relax on the terrace with a glass of wine.

Good access to central Paris

Nice apartment with plenty of sleeping space and convenient access to shopping and Metro. Hosts were very attentive and provided helpful tips on the local neighborhood. We had a great visit!

Beautiful apartment in Boulogne

We took a quick trip to Paris just before Christmas and stayed at Emmanuelle’s flat. It was lovely and in such a great location. Close to Metro, close to food and shops. Comfy and just the right size for our family of six. Secure location, great neighborhood. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect place for a family

Near to the metro station, bus stop, and supermarket. The best thing was Steph's intro to the place and neighborhood. Very helpful.

City of lights.

We loved the property and the accomdations. The location allowed us to walk the short distance to the metro and be able to go anywhere in Paris. We were able to walk the short distance to the local bakeries and markets and enjoy some meals in the home. Thank you for letting us stay in your home and experience the city of Paris. It was beautiful, especially for those in our party visiting for the first time.

Lovely apartment in a really nice part of Paris

We had a lovely couple of days in the parent while we visited Paris for the Olympics. Would have been nice to be there longer to enjoy the apartment and the area. Excellent transport links to central Paris and the sites. Lots of lovely restaurants locally as well as cafes etc. lively and very helpful hosts who got int touch before our visit to help with arrangements

Beautiful Paris Apartment

Great location in a very secure, safe area. There were 5 of us and we were comfortable with the bed situation. Stephane was there to meet us on arrival and provided us with information about the apartment and took us on a tour of the area—very helpful. Thanks so much. Would definitely want to stay again.

Friends and Family Trip

Seven of us, 2 families with young adult children, spent 4 nights in this lovely home. We had a wonderful welcome and walk through the apartment and it’s amenities when we arrived. There was enough room for all of us to eat, sleep, and visit. Communication was prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

The location was great - close to metro, grocery, patisseries and anything else you might need (a mall close by even fixed our sons hearing aids for free). The apartment was great for our group of 6 and was very we stocked with anything you might need and more. As others have, I missed it on the description (it does detail it) about only one toilet, but we managed well anyways. The communication was great with Emmanuelle and when we needed anything, no problem. Also appreciated Stephan (her brother) showing us around when we got there. Would definitely recommend!

Firstly, everything kind that has been said about the owners are true. They communicated with us leading up to our stay via WhatsApp. He was there at arrival to let us in the gate and walk us through everything. Our group included myself, my 13 and 9 yr old as well as my friend with her 14 and 8 yr old. The bathroom situation worked fine with all six of us. Never ran out of hot water. Did run low on towels since we stayed for a week, but we just washed them half way through our stay in the washing machine that’s in the kitchen. Grocery, restaurants, shopping and two train stations are practically right outside the building. We always felt safe and the area was really nice. I would definitely recommend!

Superb apartment in lovely area.

This elegant apartment is bright and comfortable and on the edge of Paris. Travel into various Paris areas on metro and bus was quite easy. The building is a few steps away from a huge shopping and dining area. Family members of our host were most helpful, including assisting us in booking a driver to the airport. The space and convenience were truly enjoyable, and we would gladly return.

Thank you for an amazing stay! Our family of four felt very comfortable in our home away from home. The property is clean and well-maintained. The host was amazing - communication was very easy! We felt very well taken care of before and during our trip. The location is close to two Metro stations, making it very easy to get into and out of Paris. The local area was the best surprise - lots of restaurants and shopping. We were very happy with our stay and hope to return soon! We would highly recommend this property!

très bon accueil, appt propre et agréable. un peu juste pour les couchages( 1 seul vrai lit 2 places), et manque la climatisation des chambres pour les séjours en été. néanmoins très correct.

Great launching pad for French Open, Paris

Wonderful location where we were able to walk to Roland Garros and easily get everywhere else we would want to go. The neighborhood is really lively and diverse - lots of great shops, restaurants, and everything anyone could need. Easy to get to the metro to get into Centre Ville, and an easy walk to Roland Garros, which was ideal. Hosts greeted us well before arrival and as soon as we got there to show us around, and connected us with drivers who made our time there even better. Wonderful experience - highly recommend.

Perfect Location and a Lovely Apartment

Location and apartment were incredible. Gated building. Elevator. Apartment is set up as a rental unit so very clean and well appointed. Near Metro 9 and 10. Restaurants nearby. And host’s brother is AMAZing! He was very attentive and informative and funny! We will miss him.

Excellent For Paris Family Vacations

This large flat is located in a perfect location to explore Paris. The flat is located in a quiet and safe building. A 5 min walk brings you to two different Metro lines. The immediate neighbourhood is upscale with many premium shops and great dining options. It's nice to come back to this quiet haven after exploring the hustle and bustle of downtown Paris. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need; 2 showers, 3 bedrooms, dishwasher, laundry, smart TV and plenty of fans to keep the flat cool. The hosts are excellent. We highly recommend staying at this location!
