Well appointed apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Very quiet and close to 2 metro stations. Host was accommodating and allowed for an early check-in at a reasonable price. Were met at the apartment by a representative upon arrival, which made the check-in process easy. Will definitely book again the next time we stay in Paris.

Wonderful location - just blocks from the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden in one direction and the Paris Opera in the other. Exceptionally well-appointed apartment with beautiful art and a perfectly functional kitchen.

Delightful. Close to everything. Safe quiet street. Unit is clean and appears just like the pictures. Great bathroom (not tiny). Elevator was amazing after long days walking the streets of Paris.

Great Paris Apartment

This was a great rental. The online description is entirely accurate. The apartment is clean, efficient, well stocked in terms of bathroom/kitchen amenities and in a great neighborhood. The furniture and the bed, in particular are very comfortable and the entire apartment is smartly and tastefully designed. Olivier was a great host. We arrived very early morning after a red eye arrival at CDG and were really hoping to get an early check-in. Despite having a guest the night before, the guest was departing early and Olivier arranged for us to drop our bags upon our arrival in Paris and then check in a few hours earlier after the unit had been cleaned. Both prior to our arrival and for the few questions we had during our stay, he was immediately responsive. The location is very central - 5-10 minutes walk to Tuileries/Louve. 20-30 minutes to Marais or to Left Bank/St. Germain area. Easy access to Metro stops.Would highly recommend this property and I hope that we will be able to return at some point in the future.

Fantastic Stay!

Wonderful apartment and perfect location. Nothing but good things to say about this. Olivier was easy to work with and met us outside when we arrived. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Modern appliances, comfortable furniture, AND a view of the Eiffel Tower. The location was an easy walk to so many attractions and places of interest, and there are some really great restaurants within just blocks of where you are. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a 1 BR in Paris.

My favorite VRBO property to date! This apartment is a hidden gem - don't pass this one up! The pictures and description are exactly as described. The elevator is a plus and the building is very secure with double security access. Location was perfect - close walking to The Louve, luxury shopping, restaurants, grocery, luxury hotels (which cost a lot more) and other attractions. We had a short walk to Place de la Concorde to watch New Year's Eve fireworks! It was very spacious, the kitchen all new and fully equipped. Wifi and TV worked perfectly which was great as we worked part of this trip and depended on strong wifi. It was very cold weather and the apartment heaters were fabulous - you can set at your liking. There's a heater and towel warmer in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable too! Our experience was beyond our expectations! The owner was very communicative and met us upon arrival and available if we had questions. Thank you for making our visit to Paris amazing! I've already recommended to several friends and look forward to visiting again!
