Pour les plus longs séjours (10) jours nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de lingerie (draps, serviettes, torchons). On devrait ajouter un meuble de rangement dans la cuisine.Malgré cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous allons recommander cet appartement.

Exactly as described. Great location, clean and efficient. Essential kitchen for light meal prep, coffee and general needs. We walked to many, many historical places, shopping and restaurants. Host communication is thorough and timely. Hec was quick to respond and helpful. I would stay here again or recommend to friends.

This was a fantastic spot to stay for our first time in Paris. It’s in an excellent location - many galleries nearby and the street was relatively quiet. It’s about a 20 min walk to Champs Elysees. Plenty of small cafes nearby. Air conditioning was amazing and the airport quality glass in the floor to ceiling windows made the place so quiet. The patio is such a great bonus and we enjoyed having coffee out there in the morning. The only drawback for us was the one bathroom but we were a family so it wasn’t too bad for us. Beds are super comfy - we ended up pushing the twins together at the owners suggestion for our teen and it was super comfy. Would 100% stay here again. The owner was so helpful and responsive.

Disappointed

Apartment was not exactly as described. I specifically booked to have an elevator but the elevator was not working the entire time we were there! That meant we had to carry our luggage up and down one flight of stairs which was extremely difficult since the stairs are a semi circle and rather narrow. We were left with 1-1/2 rolls of toilet tissue for 3 people for 5-1/2 days. When I called to say more was needed the owner said he was sorry but he was not in the area and sent his Best Regards! My thinking is if you are renting out your apt and leaving town it would be a good idea to call to see if your tenants were in need of something before you left. The washer and dryer were not together as pictured but in different sections of the apt. Not totally a big deal but just inconvenient. The area was somewhat noisy but wasn't too much of an issue except in the morning.My BIGGEST complaint was the MOLD in the bathroom. It REALLY needs to be addressed!!!

Fantastic Location

Such a great space, so comfortable. Lots of room for our family of 3. Easy access, can walk absolutely ever where. Great location. Would highly recommend staying here. Bathroom can do with some maintenance/good scrubbing. But 10/10 for sure.

Perfect Location With a Stunning Deck Area

We found the home to be comfortable and in a beautiful area. The deck area was perfect for every evening to wind down from a busy day. The owner was extremely easy to reach. Made us feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend this property.

I stayed at the property with 2 other friends April 12-19. In general we liked the property, it was modern and used only as a rental. However, one friend and I both suffered allergy symptoms while in the unit, sneezing and coughing. We did notice some mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, so perhaps that was the cause. Hard to know. We also thought it was really inconvenient to have only one key, as that key is needed to enter the lobby and the unit. We did not request a second key, so not sure if that would be available. Only one pod of dishwasher detergent was provided, and we did have to buy more toilet paper and paper towels. The host provided a nice bottle of wine and some jam as a welcome gift. About a 5 minute walk to the metro. Lots of neighborhood take out places and cafes. Being close to the President's palace meant lots of police presence and sometimes commotion about a half block away. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The elevator is tiny, 2 people can fit at one time or one plus luggage. But the unit is on the second floor, so not too many stairs, but steep and winding.

Perfect location, Great apartment

This is a perfect spot for a small family to visit Paris. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. Coming home after a long day of walking and touring, being able to have a glass of wine on the terrace is perfect! We would certainly stay here again when we return to Paris!

NYE in Paris in a great location!

We stayed 4 days in Paris during New Year's Eve. We had a great time. The apartment is in a great location. We were able to walk down to the Champs Elysees and watch the festivities with an easy walk back. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of space for 4 people. The seperate bedrooms was nice coming from a shared hotel room in London. John-Paul made the check-in process and use of the apartment easy with pre-made videos and a website with useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We would definetly stay here again.
