Great Location and Spacious Apartment, but Needs Some AttentionWe recently stayed at Luxurious on the Champ de Mar.The apartment has a fantastic location close to everything we wanted to see — and the space itself is very large, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few maintenance issues that made our stay less smooth than expected.Washer/Dryer Not Working: The washer/dryer was listed as an amenity, but unfortunately, the door was broken when we arrived. The host explained it had recently been damaged and offered to have his cleaning lady pickup our laundry on Friday and return it on Monday so the timing didn’t work for our short stay.Shower Drain: The shower in the second bedroom was totally clogged. After reaching out, someone came to fix it, and it worked fine afterward — we appreciated that quick response.Locked Bedroom: The listing notes three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, but one of the bedrooms was locked upon arrival. Since there were only four of us, it wasn’t a major problem, but it was unexpected and would have been helpful with the bathroom shower problemA few smaller things worth noting: the living room only has one couch, so seating can be limited for larger groups, and the shower doors in one bathroom don’t close completely, requiring extra towels to keep water off the floor.Overall, the apartment’s location and size are excellent, and with some maintenance updates and attention to detail, it could be a wonderful place to stay
