El edificio tiene 400 años de construido, en términos arquitectónicos y de historia puede ser una joya, pero si vas con mucho equipaje y poca fuerza para subir escaleras, no sería tu hotel. El personal es súper atento y amable, siempre quieren ayudar. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero tienen todo lo indispensable. La ubicación del hotel es muy adecuada.

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, le camere, anche se non troppo nuove, sono comunque confortevoli. Purtroppo però, data la struttura dell’edificio, l’Hotel, a mio parere, non è accessibile alle persone con ridotta mobilità.

I enjoyed the stay in the center of Paris. Very friendly staff and nice neighborhood. The only caveat is that you must carry your luggage up to the first floor where the reception is. There is an elevator, but the doors are located in between the floors, so you must use stairs again to get to the door.

The staff was amazing - kind, helpful, and friendly. You should know that stairs are necessary, even though the hotel has a lift. That was the one thing we were not prepared for, but everytime we returned "home" the gentleman would offer to help with our bags (we did a lot of shopping).

初めて宿泊しましたが、ホテルのオーナーのサービスが素晴らしく、滞在中は毎日笑顔で送り出してくれました。ホテルの立地は最高で、目の前のサン=トノレ通りは香水店が多く、有名ベーカリーや美術館もすぐ近くにあるので、とても楽しく過ごせました。また泊まりたいです！ 以下、少し気になった点 - 部屋のバスルームから強いカルキ臭がして、初めは換気が必要でした - 階段は少し急で、1階分上がったところにあるエレベーターは非常に狭いので、大きなスーツケースを持って行く方は注意が必要です

We had a great stay. As other reviewers said Eric couldn’t have been more helpful. He was a font of wisdom and made our stay terrific. The room was a little small but perfectly adequate and a great position.

交通の便は極めて良いです。 ルーブル美術館、オルセー美術館、オランジェリー美術館などに歩いて数分から10分程度で行けます。 また周囲にはカフェやレストラン、ベーカリー、スーパー、コインランドリーなどもありとても良かったです。 フロントは常に男性の方が１名いて、フレンドリーに話しかけてきてくれて治安上も安心できました。 シャワーホースが切れるハプニングがありましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 ただ部屋は床が傾いていて、そのためベッドも斜めになっていました。また、エレベーターがなくフロントや客室に移動の際、らせんの狭い階段をあがらなければなりません。 ただ、この近くのホテルに泊まったときも同じような感じでしたので、パリ中心市街地のホテルでは致し方のないところかもしれません。

This is a small cozy hotel. It is very clean and tidy. The room is small but good for a tourist to have good sleep. The staff is very helpful. The stair is steep if you carry a big piece of luggage, it will be a problem. I definitely will return if I visit Paris next time.

Fall Paris weekend
Pleasant stay in a spacious and clean room with a nice view of the Paris neighborhood. All was fine, friendly service and nice breakfast, a bit funky and cozy. Good room temperature.

From the moment we walked in the front door Eric was friendly and welcoming and provided many tips for getting around the city and plenty of recommendations. The hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. The room was small, but that was expected, as we didn't plan to spend much time in the room but rather enjoying the city. It was just a block away from access to the Louvre Jardin des Tulieres. Bakery just a few doors down from the hotel for breakfast and small grocery store also just across the street for things you may need. Love this place!

Small Hidden, Historical Gem of a Hotel
We booked this hotel without really knowing what to expect, and we were surprised to learn about the history of this hotel and its significance. While the stairs are quite narrow, the staff was very pleasant (especially Eric who worked the main desk most days we were there)! The rooms weren't too small, were clean, and the bathrooms appeared to be renovated and were quite nice. We were surprised at how much we enjoyed this little hotel, and it's located in a great locations near the Louvre, trains, and other sites.

Pros: The property is in a great location, close to the central part of the city. It was clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: The property itself was not to our liking. The elevator starts almost at the second floor, with a really narrow and circular staircase. Its tough to navigate the stairs as it is, but if you have to carry luggage, its an accident waiting to happen. We got the loft room. The whole hotel doesnt have much space, seems very claustrophobic. The shower curtain rod ended at the top part of the loft, leaving half the bath area open, so, water would leak out onto the floor. The toilet flush took at least 3 tries to clean. I would not go back again.

Good Wi-Fi and air conditioning in room. Bathroom had ants and broken shower head. Way too many stairs, there is an elevator but it only goes between certain floors and you cannot avoid dragging luggage up at least 2-6 fights of stairs.

Look, this place is in a great location and easy walking distance to The Louvre, The Palais Garnier, The Seine and other sites in that area. But it's an OLD building (from the 1700s) and not a luxury spot. The staff are friendly and gave us good advice on where to eat nearby. We were there for just one night and had plans, so we didn't spend a whole lot of time there. It's not accessible and there are a LOT of stairs in a narrow staircase - so something to consider if you have any mobility issues. The room we had was very small and wouldn't be comfortable for a tall or bigger person. My partner and I are on the smaller side and it was tight for us. The bed was comfortable enough and the linens and towels were clean. It's a basic spot in a great location, so depending on your needs, it could work. For what it was, I think the price was a little high. Don't think we'd stay again.
