Highly recommend le Pavillon Ponthieu! This property is exactly as described. The layout was great and very comfortable, even for a group of 7! Better yet was the location, just off the Champs-Élysées with everything you could need nearby.Jérome was an outstanding host - we really appreciated his responsiveness and the flexibility him and his team had when we requested an early check-in. Thanks for hosting us for such a great and memorable trip!

Wonderful apartment, plenty of space for our two families. The host is very responsive and welcoming. You can’t beat this location - walkable to many sites, restaurants and shopping but still quiet at night so you can sleep. Highly recommend.

Is this the best VRBO in Paris? I don't know the answer to that question, but this place is AMAZING! The location is right off the Champs-Élysées and a short 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Property was as-described and the printed guide detailing all the appliances and checkout process was a nice touch. If we go back to Paris, we will definitely stay here again!

My family of 8 stayed at the Le Pavillon Ponthieu and it was a fabulous experience. We arrived early on the check in day and the host was kind enough for us to leave the luggage while we went out for lunch. The place was exactly as described on the pictures, super clean, spacious and convenient. Downstairs (ground floor) had 3 bedrooms and the upstairs had one bedroom, along with the living room and kitchen. It even has an elevator just for us to use. The location was impeccable, just one street from the famous Champs-Élysées, we couldn't ask for more! We will definitely come back when we return to Paris!

A beautiful place, immaculate, friendly hospitality and close to many of the attractions Paris has to offer.As a person in a wheelchair I appreciated the efforts that have been made to make this property accessible including an accessible bathroom, a lift, and a ramp for the front door. Unfortunately, I was unable to get over the toilet with my commode (too high). Getting out of the lift was also a little intimidating without anybody else around as directly opposite the lift is a steep staircase. There was also a very small lip into the shower which involved a little bit of lifting.Overall, both of our families enjoyed this indulgence.

Handicap Accessible, Safe, Clean, Great Host

Our party of 7 enjoyed our 5-day stay immensely. Host was super communicative and responsive. Check-in process was a breeze. Great location - Vibrant neighborhood, coffee shops, Brasseries, Boulangerie, and paid parking within 1 block and the Champs-Élysées are a 1 minute walk via indoor mall cut-through. Felt safe in neighborhood in addition to multiple apartment doorway entry codes. We did have a handicapped person with us which made it imperative to have an elevator and an accessible bathroom with roll-in shower on the first floor. Of note, to conserve energy all bedroom doors need to be shut for the A/C to work (person inside needs to turn it on). Nicely stocked kitchen, fridge with water filtration & ice maker, USB chargers all over the place, washer/dryer. The photos on the website are indicative of the unit. We highly recommend Le Pavillon Ponthieu! Thanks Jerome.

Wonderful & safe location with spacious comfort

Our party of 7 enjoyed our stay immensely due to the amazing location (minutes to The Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, & numerous stores & shops). We felt safe as there were multiple entry codes. My elderly parents appreciated the in-unit lift so that they didn't need to use the stairs. As it reached the low-90s while we were in Paris, having air conditioning was a great treat. Of note, to conserve energy all bedroom doors & windows need to be shut for the A/C to work (person inside needs to turn it on). We made use of the nicely stocked kitchen, fridge with water filtration & ice maker, and washer/dryer. We appreciated that Azur Café was right next door & opened at 7am for delicious coffee. Maison Lucie is one block away had amazing pastries, bread, & sandwiches. Jerome & Georgina were easily accessible to answer any questions before and during our stay. The photos on the website are indicative of the unit. We highly recommend Le Pavillon Ponthieu!

June 2025 stay

From the time we booked this unit until the time we departed, our expectations were exceeded. Every question and inquiry was met with very prompt responses and assurances. The unit was as advertised in every way. Our hosts were excellent, and we were able to enjoy our time in Paris with zero worries. Our granddaughter is wheelchair limited and the lift was excellent and the accessible bathroom was perfect. Thank you for asking our stay wonderful.

Good Stay

The location was nice and it was a good size our family. The only thing we wished was that the washing machine wasn't broken, especially traveling with less than a 1 year old. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Ideal location, a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées

This place is even better than in the photos and the entrance with the little courtyard is so charming! The spaces are spacious and comfortable which was important for our group of 8. The place is quiet and secure. Perfect location with lots of excellent restaurants nearby. We were able to do lot of sightseeing on foot. The welcome on arrival was friendly. A lot of facilities made our stay easier: entrance keys with codes (we were all independent), automatic lighting, USB plugs in all rooms! The children loved the bunk beds, they didn't want to go home. Thank you very much and I recommend it 100%. Jérôme was so kind

The location is great, a real Parisian gem…

Thanks to Georgina who welcomed us upon our arrival, in this very beautiful apartment on 2 levels in a typically very quiet and secure Parisian courtyard. The location is great for shopping, stores to die for and a multitude of Restaurants, right next to the Champs Elysées and less than 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is magnificent, spacious, bright and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. The large living room was perfectly suited for our large family. The big plus: air conditioning and an interior elevator are rare in Paris. It was clean and exactly like the pictures. My mother and father who are 83 years old appreciated the calm of their large room and the facilities for disabled people. We will definitely return there if we come back to Paris and will recommend it to all our friends.
