We had a great time staying in Paris. Nicolas is the best host for any property we’ve stayed at through the Vrbo app. His communication and help were amazing. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

There were four of us and we were quite comfortable. The host was very helpful and the neighborhood fantastic. I would stay here again.

A Parisian Delight

Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Very Parisian flat with lovely little balcony. Great area and easy to get to from metro.

Clean and comfortable

The property is very cute with lots of character. The place was clean and had all the essentials. Would have loved better pillows and a tv, but overall a great place for a nice stay.

Our stay was enjoyable. Family of 5 from the US. The location of the flat is great. Great proximity to the metro, great park to walk around, and great neighbourhood. Our host gave us adequate recommendations and answered us promptly. The space was abit tight and likely more suited for 4 people if dealing with adults. We loved our stay in Paris and loved our time at the flat.

Great Stay!

My co-worker and I rented this apartment for the Premiere Classe show and we could not have been happier. We loved spending time on the balcony after the show days and enjoying the lovely Paris summer weather. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Great stay in the 15e

Very much enjoyed our stay in Nicolas' apartment - felt very Paris. Was comfortable, stylish and well appointed. Unfortunately nowhere to sit and eat together, but didn't matter at all because there were so many great places around to eat as well as a fantastic nearby street market. Nicolas was a very good communicator and very helpful. Would come back.

lage innerhalb der stadt sehr gut, perfekte anbindung ans metro-netz.wohnung auf den ersten blick sehr charmant und mit vielen schönen bildern und deko-gegenständen. auf den zweiten blick alles schon ziemlich in die jahre gekommen und scheinbar seit längerem nicht inspiziert (matratzen, kissen, lampen).küche wirklich klein und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. außerdem etwas dreckig (eisfach, backofen ...). 2 stühle waren kaputt und leider nicht zu benutzen.dass der tisch an der wand im wohnzimmer ausklappbar und dann auch für 5 personen zu nutzen ist, haben wir nur zufällig entdeckt.dennoch: insgesamt noch sehr ok mit einigen offensichtlichen mängeln u. einschränkungen, um deren behebung sich der vermieter sehr gut und rasch kümmern könnte, ohne allzu viel zeit und geld investieren zu müssen. bonne chance!

Cute European feel

Just the feel we were looking for. After carrying our bags up to the second floor we were greeted with a welcome bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the cute balcony. There were lots of restaurants and markets nearby. At least a 20 minutes metro ride away from all the big tourist sites. Just the perfect size for me, my husband and 2 teenage daughters.

A quiet neighborhood near family.

The apartment allowed us to stay in a nice, non-touristic neighborhood near family. Subway access was easy and one day we walked back to the apartment from central Paris which was quite nice and not difficult. The additional space which you would not get in a standard hotel was really helpful with two teenage boys as was the ability to use the kitchen when we were tired and did not want to go out.

Delightful flat in quiet, cute neighborhood

Spent 3 nights with husband and daughter at this charming flat. Perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms, nice living room, kitchen and balcony. Communication with Nicholas was fantastic, from the clear check in instructions to the recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. It is very close to the Convention metro station with good service to prime locations, though we ended up using Bolt a lot as it was super convenient for the 3 of us and only about 10 to 12 euros per trip. Lots of great little restaurants and shops in the area. Highly recommend!

Great location and responsive host

The host was very accommodating (early check in etc.) and responded to communication quickly. The apartment is stylish, located in a nice neighborhood, and close to a metro stop. To improve, I recommend they buy new pillows, declutter, and leave instructions about how to operate the appliances. Overall I recommend this apartment.

The apartment was great— a lot of room for a family of 4, especially in Paris. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening. Nicolas was very kind and answered our questions quickly. He let us come several hours early (we had a late morning arrival), which we very much appreciated. The building is also beautiful— built around 1911 so had wonderful tile and wood floors and wall and ceiling mouldings. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed, and never ran out of hot water for showers. My only advice is to add a step stool to the kitchen— we are a short family so the top cabinet was difficult to reach.

The owner was wonderful. extremely helpful. We are 6 in the group. The apartment is good for four. The beds really need to be more comfortable with better mattresses and good pillows. The couch was not comfortable at all. So the kids really suffered.
