Large and Quiet Studio Fully Renovated & Ideally Located

  • Estudio con encanto, ideal para una pareja, dos personas con camas separadas o parejas con un niño. Muy conveniente ubicación de París, a 2 minutos del metro ya 2 minutos de los Campos de Marte (Torre Eiffel).
    El apartamento es nuevo, renovado en junio pasado, decorado con colores claros y todo el equipamiento necesario. Pequeña cocina, gran ducha, gran ventana asegurada que mira la pequeña calle sin ser visto (!), 2 pequeñas ventanas para abrir en cualquier momento, un sistema de actualización para noches más frescas, y tan cerca del área animada de La Motte Piquet Grenelle y la Rue du Commerce.
    Buenas cervecerías, restaurantes y supermercados a pocos pasos de la calle Cavalerie, donde se encuentra el apartamento.
    Una caminata rápida lo llevará al enorme parque de la Torre Eiffel. Ubicación ideal, en una calle tranquila, cerca de la animada Rue du Commerce, a 2 minutos del metro La Motte Piquet Grenelle.

The apartment is absolutely perfectly located just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which is actually the most thing that I could ever ask for.

Anne was the most hospitable and engaging host we have ever had. In the heat wave she took gracious measures to ensure we were taken care of by providing AC. Her apartment was very nicely renovated and well equipped, It was so convenient to the metro, restaurants, grocery store, etc.; and is in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. We would highly recommend Anne. She really made our trip a success from before the start.

Die Lage ist perfekt, Bus & Metro in der Nähe. Auch sehr gute Restaurants. Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sei es die Küche genau so wie das Badezimmer. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Perfect little place to stay!

We had a lovely stay! Host was very nice, informative and always communicated quickly. Check in was smooth and location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants around a couple grocery stores nearby.

Très bel accueil, la propriétaire était présente pour nous recevoir et pour nous informer des resto et dépanneurs dans les environs ainsi que pour les différents moyens de transport, qui sont tout près. Tout était très propre et conforme aux photos. Nous le conseillons fortement.

This was a charming studio and a wonderful location for walking to various locations around the city. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, and there are many cafes close by as well. The host is wonderful to work with and responds quickly to any messages/questions. If you find yourself in Paris, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Great Location

Stayed here for two days with a friend while we explored the city. Couldn't ask for a better location - so close to the Eiffel Tower, the metro, and plenty of shops/cafes. Communication during booking and check in was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The apartment was a fantastic place to base our Paris vacation! It has everything we needed. The neighbourhood has a variety of shops and restaurants and is fun in the evenings. Close to the metro to get around.It's really comfortable and while close the bars and restaurants it's quiet at night for sleeping.The host is incredible! Her communication is very timely and clear. She's incredibly helpful with everything we asked.

This apartment is located in a prime spot. Close to the metro, Eiffel Tower and great cafe's. Anne was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

10 days of flat walking in Paris with no stairs!

The place was as advertised and nice and quiet once you close the 2 windows. It was entertaining to watch people during the day walk pass the big one way window and check themselves out. Nice big firm mattress and large bathroom.

Annie is very hospitable, we arrived early and be able to check in early. She also recommend us a lot of places for shopping and good food/ cafe to try. The room was big enough for 3 person.The place is very clean and homie close to everywhere we want to go . Walking distance to the famous Eiffel Tower café restaurant. We are very happy and pleased with our visit to Paris.

Wonderful Stay

A cozy studio with all the amenities you could need, just steps away from the Eiffel Tower and a metro stop. Wonderful cafes and restaurants close by. Anne, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. She was very helpful with advice on sites to enjoy, and more importantly how to get there via metro, which was greatly appreciated. Merci Anne! We look forward to visiting Paris again soon!
