Dear Alejandro, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. To be honest all our photos are the real photos never been photo shopped. For the boutique hotel as our's every room has it s proper design, layout, size. Indeed, we put all the photos on our website. Just one tiny detail about the photos,in general you get a similar room meaning not necessarily the same layout which is on the photo of your confirmation paper. For your information, the difference of our hotel like many other boutique hotels, comparatively to the chain hotels such as Accord or Holiday Inn and many others that every room is designed differently, different sizes, different furniture etc. We serve a French continental breakfast which is good quality for the price we are offering. We do daily cleaning in our rooms. We appreciate your time for giving us a review.

Dear Laila,We are very sorry for the incident happened at your arrival. Our front desk is open 24 hours and somebody is there all the time. It could happen that the person can be absent for 1-5 min for personal needs or a guest can ask a service in the room. Maybe a guest had called the front desk personnel and asked for some service. Otherwise, our front desk personnel doesn't move from the place. We close the door for the safety reasons. Our hotel is located in the old historical XVII-XVIII century building. The air condition is on the heating mode, so if you want to use it in a cooling mode, then it wouldn't work at the moment the weather is not warm. We have a central heating system during the winter and during the summer central cooling system as well. We are sorry indeed you can use in two mode cooling and warming at the same time. Dear Eric, Thank you for your feedback. Our central location is indeed very convenient for visiting Paris either by foot or by public transportation. We do update our rooms periodically. Our staff is present 24hours in order to make everyguest's stay as comfortable as possible. We do have a safe at the front desk. We ask to leave the key for many reasons, first of all it's very heavy to carry second of all for the safety reason. As our front desk is open 24hours, there is no worries about loosing your key.
