Dear Guest, I am sincerely sorry and surprised to read your review today. Your booking was made the day of your arrival and as mentioned, we did not have any room with two beds available for your entire stay as our hotel was full. I oferred you to change your room for the first night but you chose to stay in the initial room. We went above and beyond advicing you about nice places to eat and have fun in the area. I did not feel at any time your disapointment when I asked how your stay was going. Otherwise, I would have been happy to discuss it with you as my goal is to make every each of our guests happy. Dear Carlos, We apologize if you did not like your stay at the Hotel de Neuve. Some rooms are small because we are in Paris and we can push the walls. We recommend you to book the superior room or the triple room more bigger and on the top floor. Sometimes when the hotel is fully booked, the wifi do not work very well and we apologize for this.
