Estaban en reformas (incomodidad) pero el desayuno es muy justo. Por ejemplo no tienen fruta ni tostadora de pan y muy pobre de variedad. No tienen adaptador para enchufes y algunos son planos. En recepción solo 1 de 5 sabía castellano. Además nos tocó la única habitación interior de la planta.

Seguro regresaremos
Excelente trato desde el check in hasta el último día. Buena ubicación, un barrio encantador para caminarlo, restaurantes, cafeterías, el río Sena. A unos pasos del metro y paradas de autobús. Todo el personal muy amable, hablan español casi todos. Muy grata experiencia

Lindo hotel
Estuvimos alojados una semana con mi esposa. El hotel es cómodo y está bien ubicado. El wifi es muy malo. Tuvimos que reclamar por la limpieza de la habitación porque las alfombras estaban muy sucias y no las limpiaban. La reposición de jabones y toallas es mala, nos dejaban un solo jabón pequeño para bañarnos y un solo toallon, cuando reclamamos nos dieron un toallón y un jabón más.

Hotel céntrico
El hotel se encuentra maravillosamente ubicado, en el centro, concretamente en la plaza Bastille, con 3 líneas próximas de metro e incluso puedes ir caminando a ver zonas de interés muy cercanas. La habitación era algo pequeña, pero correcta, limpia y calentita.

Excelente hotel, funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, local bem cuidado e charmoso. Localização perfeita, com metro perto e ruas ao redor cheio de cafeterias, vista dos quartos muito boa! Staff were all wonderful! And the rooms were lovely and cool as well - which was a bonus due to the humidity outside. We had switched hotels, because when we arrived in Paris and went to our previously booked rooms they were not as advertised - to say the least. We quickly made an exit and found rooms at Hotel Bastille Speria - what a marvellous find. The location is very central, the rooms beautifully appointed and the staff extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. The only caveat would be that on our next visit, hopefully the lift will be in operating order, otherwise loved it.
