No le gustó: Personal y atención
Pese a la reserva, el cliente espera 4 horas
Habiendo reservado y confirmado un tipo de habitación, cuando llegas te dan una que no corresponde pero te cobran lo mismo. No importa la fidelidad del cliente, llegas a las 12 y te tuenen tirado hasta las 16 horas esperando; lo cual es muy lamentable tras un vuelo de 12 horas.

Es sin duda alguna el mejor hotel de París.
El único detalle fue el cobro de €100.00 EUR por una cama adicionó para un solo día.
De la misma forma y dejando ese tema es sin duda una excelente opción y el mejor hotel en París.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed the staff treated my wife and I like royalty. Everyone went above and beyond making sure that our experience was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. We are already planning another trip to Paris.

Exceptional! We booked this hotel to change hotels last minute after arriving in Paris Thursday evening 06/29/2023. We booked the room at 7:00 pm and arrived at 7:30 pm (same day), and we are glad we made the change. The front desk staff was amazing. They were all very helpful, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Clifford was EXCEPTIONAL - he gets ten stars out of five, thank you sir!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were wonderful and so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very unique and we loved it. We would definitely stay again. Location also was perfect.

Best hotel ever
One of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced! Staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Super nice spa/swimming pool. Breakfast was heavenly (coffee: outstanding! Waffles: to die for! Unbelievable pancakes! Fruit! French toast: wow!!). Room was spacious with daily refilled free mini bar. Incredible beds. And all the luxuries you could ever want and more.

The hotel is based upon excellence in service . Excellent spa staff! The comfort level of the hotel is the best I have ever experienced in my life. Special shout out to Julien for his very charming personality and attentive attention to the smallest details. Ian always went above and beyond our expectations in the restaurant and has the most dynamic personality that has remarkable memory for our wants and needs.
