The apartment is on the first floor (with elevator and concierge) with the master and children’s bedroom on the quiet courtyard, the living & dining room, and the office on Laumière with it’s trees and stores (Franprix and 3 bakeries at 100m and an organic store below the apartment) and restaurants (2 French with terrasses, one of Paris’s best Moroccan, & Empenadas), and multiple café options.

The Park Buttes Chaumont offers calm lake views or jogging; for children a merry-go-round, Guignol marionette theater, ponies, and water games and ducks; for teenagers and adults the hip cafés of Rosa Bonheur, Pavillon du Lac, & Pavillon Puebla; Close by (10 min walk) you will find the Philharmonie, La Cité de la Musique, La Cité des Sciences, and it’s big playgrounds, and the two MK2 cinemas of Canal Ourcq and Loire, La Rotonde, and live music at Point Ephémère. We also put at your disposal our CDs (Classical and Jazz) and DVDs, as well as a television with CNN. The kitchen is for serious cooks with cook books in French, English, Italian, and German.
