Dear Marco,I would like to thank your for your feedback.I am sorry to learn that you did not have a good stay with us.Even though my night staff noticed the noise in the bathroom with you, he did not know where this was coming from. That is why he tried to find a solution to reduce the noise, the earplugs. Also, the next morning, two technicians came to your room and nothing was wrong. That is why we supposed that it came from the next building because there is no other room next to yours. Unfortunately, we could not change your room because we were fully booked and we did not have a better room to offer you.However, you could have aked for a free late cancellation for the second because you were free to leave. We tried everything we could and it did not suit you, we are sorry about it.As for the lift, for architectural reason in our Haussmanian building, we are restricted by the size of it. Dear Lori,Thanks for your comment. I am sorry to learn that you find the room tiny. Please be informed that we have different room types that are bigger and that when you book a room in all the websites, the size is always described. Do not hesitate in booking another room type if you wish to come back.As for the air-conditionning, in our establishment, every September 15th, all of the rooms and areas are switching to the "winter mode", so the heating only is available. If you are hot in your room, we can lend you a fan or switch off completely the heating system.Best regards,
