Sitio cómodo, limpio, agradable, muy bien conectado por metro para llegar a cualquer parte de Paris, en una hermosa zona de la ciudad.que tiene todo lo necesario para el viajero.

Such a great location! It’s right on the line which made it easy to get to tourist areas, but also comforting to come back to a local neighborhood without all the tourists. There’s a great immigration museum down the Main Street across from a fun park. I highly recommend the museum and then the park for a non-touristy but educational activity, especially since it’s in walking distance. I also loved Au Tramway across from the train station! I had my petit dejeuner there every morning and found comfort in reading a book while sitting outside the cafe. I absolutely loved this location for my stay. It was my first time in Paris and I feel like I really lucked out on the accommodation. My sister was with me for a couple of days and the place worked great for the both of us. The shower is small, but if you’re just going to be traveling throughout the day and need somewhere to rest your head at night and take a quick shower, then this really is the ideal spot. I highly recommend and hope I can visit again soon!

A comfortable, practical studio in the 12th.

This modest studio apartment is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The amenities are basic but functional, and the manager Mimoun is excellent: genuinely friendly, and will respond immediately to help with whatever you might need.

Toller Kurztrip nach Paris

Wir haben eine angenehme Unterkunft und einen netten Vermieter vorgefunden.Super war die Nähe zur Metrostation, zu preiswerter und von einheimischen genutzter Gastronomie und zum Bois de Vincennes.Wir hatten gute Matrazen und erholsame Nächte. Ein toller Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Appartement où l’on trouve l’essentiel pour se reposer des visites et balades épuisantes dans Paris ! Très près du métro, en rez-de-chaussée, avec une bonne literie, il m’a parfaitement convenu pour un court séjour.

This unit was all we needed for a few nights. Had a very comfortable bed, walkable location for food/groceries and very close to train stations!

Excellent location and very safe

This property near metro station M8, a few minutes walking to M6, excellent location. Also, it is very secure and safe. The property is also near grocery store with a few minutes walking distance. Very convenient for travelers.

Stay here

It was so cute, a nice place to stay, and affordable for our 3 day stay in Paris! My favorite part was doing my makeup in front of the window looking into the garden. It was very clean and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Is in a gated apartment complex which is a good perk to this stay!

Très bon séjour, logement impeccable quand on est arrivé, tout Marchait nickel. Rien a redire autrement, juste un Merci. Si jamais on reviens sur Paris pour la 3 ème fois, on reviendra c'est sur !

Le logement ne correspond pas du tout au descriptif. Il manquait un couchage. Nous etions 2 amies mais nous n'avions pas prevu de dormir dans le même lit. Le linge de lit n'était pas net.Le logement était très sale et mal équipé. Une seule lampe aveuglante .. pas d'éclairage vers le lit. Plaque de cuisson en tres mauvais état. Televiseur cassé. Salle de bain correcte. Très bien desservi en transport

Great place where to stay in Paris.

It is exactly as shown in the pictures, one block from the Metro 🚇 and very convenient facilities near by. We had a great time. The property owner waited for us until we arrived. Everything perfect.

Location à Paris 12ème

Studio assez grand. Bon emplacement pour visiter Paris grâce au métro tout proche, à 150 m sur le boulevard Daumesnil, où l'on trouve tous commerces.
