Precioso apartamento Le Marais

El apartamento es fantástico, en pleno barrio de Le Marais, cerca de casi todo y con todas las comodidades. Las camas muy confortables, los baños perfectos y el salón - cocina, decorado con un gusto exquisito. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Es tan bonito que, después de todo el dia paseando por París, llegar es sentirse como en la mejor de las suites. Gracias Mónica y Thierry.

Vivir como un parisino en Le Marais

Encantador piso en una estupenda ubicacion para visitar Paris y sentirte por unos dias como un parisino mas. El salon con sus columnas de madera haciendo de separacion entre la cocina-comedor y el salon, la chimenea, una pared de piedra y esos techos tan altos con vigas de madera le dan un caracter especial a este estupendo apartamento. El piso esta decorado con muy buen gusto y al minimo detalle, el sistema de iluminacion es otra de las virtudes del apartamento, con lamparas muy originales en las que podias elegir que parte del salon querias iluminar, pudiendose regular hasta la intensidad de la luz deseada. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños con duchas espaciosas y wc, asi como otro baño con wc y aseo, con lo que aunque seas cuatro personas no hay problema en tener que esperar para usar el baño. La habitacion principal es otra estancia destacable, con una cama enorme tipo dosel de madera con unos espejos en forma de ventana muy originales, a destacar la comodidad de los colchones. Es un apartamento muy tranquilo en el que no se escucha ningun ruido de la calle al dar a un patio interior y no a la calle, por lo que esta asegurado el descanso sin molestos ruidos de trafico. La cocina esta equipada con todo lo necesario para poder prepararte tus alimentossi quieres comer en casa, vitroceramica, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas asi como con todo tipo de vajilla y utensilios de cocina. La ubicacion me parecio un acierto aunque no fuera una calle especialmente bonita, pero en 15 minutos andando llegabas a Notre-dame o callejeando por el precioso varrio de Le Marais hasta llegar a la fantastica place Des Vosges. Ademas para ir a cualquier sitio a una manzana de distancia(menos de 5 minutos andando) la parada de metro Arts et Metiers y otras dos paradas no mucho mas lejos de esta, tambien existen varios supermercados cercanos al apartamento. Sin duda ha sido una experiencia poder haber visitado esta hermosa ciudad y despues de cada jornada de visita de Paris poder llegar a descansar a este precioso apartamento y descansar tranquilamente como si estuvieras en tu propia casa.

A wonderful stay with my husband and two teen boys, their first trip to Europe! This apartment was perfectly Paris, full of character and Parisian charm. Even in the heatwave, the Dyson fans kept us (mostly) cool. Our host was lovely, greeted us and made sure we were settled and had our bearings. The building is definitely old but added to the experience for us, very clean and quiet. We loved the Marias neighborhood, central to all our adventures!

Absolutely incredible property located in the heart of the beautiful Marais district! Ivan and his property manager Faycal were attentive and helpful. Faycal helped us to carry luggage and called a van for arrival and departure. Gorgeous space to spread out for a family while being in the heart of the city. Fantastic amenities! Wonderful apartment and location

We stayed with our 21 year old granddaughter for a week. she had her own room and bathroom and the apartment was more than adequate for the three of us. Being in the Marais put us close to many of the sights in Paris either by walking or public transportation. There is an excellent bakery across the street and markets at the end of the block. It was easy to work with the owner and the manager.

Great location in the Marais

A very lovely apartment in an historical building. Despite being close to a lot of activity the apartment was quiet. The furnishings were lovely. The hosts were extremely gracious. We would definitely want to stay again.

Wonderful stay in the Marais

We had a great stay in this pied-à-terre in the heart of the Marais. My wife and I stayed for two weeks and had friends stay with us for six days. Since each of the two bedrooms has separate bathrooms we were quite comfortable when all four were present. We never felt crowded. The apartment is on an inside courtyard of an old thick-walled building off a lightly-used one-way street; it is VERY quiet. The black-out curtains also work well. The beds are very comfortable. While we did not cook formal dinners there was no reason we couldn't; the kitchen is well appointed with upgraded appliances. There's a modern laundromat about 100 ft down the street so we didn’t use the washer. The apartment is very conveniently located. A metro station is about a block away. There's a small well-stocked market about the same distance, a coffee shop with morning pastries next door, and a couple of excellent boulangeries very short walks. The manager, Fayçal, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed. A couple of things to be aware of: As mentioned, this is an old building, and the stairs are steep and narrow. It wasn't a problem for us (we're only 75) on a day-to-day basis, but getting our luggage up and down was an adventure. Fayçal did help us take the duffels up. The other thing is that the "master" bedroom can be quite dark, especially when the curtains were drawn. We found a flashlight helpful. We look forward to staying again!

Great for a family of 4!

This apartment is very charming and spacious for four. The location is terrific with many many shops and restaurants just steps out the door. Also walking distance to major attractions. Great communication with the owner and property manager. We would not hesitate to come back.

Great Parisian apartment

Started 4 nights and found the property perfect. Close to 2 Metro stops. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Wonderful beds and bathrooms. Spacious for our family of 4. Quiet interior apartment. There are 2 narrow flights of stairs you need to climb to reach the apartment. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and groceries.

Nice flat in the neighbourhood.

My sister in law and I had a nice stay. The beds are comfortable and both bathrooms are clean. We did not expect the stairs to be as steep, fortunately Fayçal was there to help with our bags. They do not provide shower soap or other toiletries so bring your own. Very convenient to a butcher, bakery, cheese shop, fish monger and wine shop! The flat is good value for money! Paris apartment accomodations

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Loved our stay and the location was perfect. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely try to stay there again. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment. One thing to mention is that the stairs are steep, which was not a problem for us, but an elderly person may have. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Pied-a-terre in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious pied-a-terre in the Marias neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance to many wonderful shops and Nortre Dame as well as a quick walk to the Metro. The street that the apartment is on has a Boulangerie, cheese shop, and butcher among other shops. The property manager met us immediately upon arrival and was available to answer and any and all questions during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were quite spacious for European standards. We loved our stay in Paris and highly recommend the Marais neighborhood!

Best place to stay in Paris

The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Every detail has been well thought out. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have ever experienced. Beds very comfy and very little noise. Location is perfect. And Fayçal the manager is the most attentive and thoughtful agent. He greeted us with champagne and dropped by a few hours later with a beautifully selected cheese plate. He greeted us upon arrival and carried luggage up the 2 flights. I also left an expensive watch behind which he found in time for us to make a quick detour back to apartment. I look forward to returning.

Great apartment for our week in Paris.

We really enjoyed this apartment. We are a family of four with two adults and two kids ages 11 and 16. The setup of the apartment with two bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed and one bedroom with two twin beds was ideal, as was two full bathrooms. The apartment was charming and nicely decorated. The location was good and not crowded or touristy. We enjoyed a number of the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood during our visit. The apartment is convenient to the Arts and Metiers metro station.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a charming flat in the marais with attention to detail. Comfortable beds with nice linens, slippers provided. Ivan and Faycal were welcoming, even ordering Nespresso pods for us to have on our arrival. Faycal was very helpful answering our questions and making sure our transportation got us to the train station on time. We hope this flat is available on our return trip!

A special property, highly recommend
