Excellent Paris apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Slightly off the beaten path, but quiet. Still close to everything.

Decent inner city 2 bedroom

Needed a place for 4 with little advance notice - nice little 2 bedroom apartment - no AC but fans were supplied and with windows open we made it work Building felt secure with secured front access and very quiet neighbours

Adorable place with excellent location!

Place is exactly as shown. Two fans included which was wonderful on a warm summer night. Lots of towels and comfortable bedding. All items in good function. Wonderful location close to metro. I would recommend to all! There is a tight staircase to get to entrance with luggage is a little challenging.

Not Fancy but Convenient

If you're looking for a reasonable rate and easy access to getting around this is a very good option. The apartment is old so it is not fancy but clean. It's only a short walk to the metro station which allows you to get around Paris easily. I wish there would have been a booklet telling you how to use the washer/dryer but there was a laundromat not too far from the apartment. Because the apartment is old the bathroom door doesn't really lock so you just have to come up with a signal for others. On Sunday there was a Farmer's market literally right across the street, which was so fun. Overall for the price, a great place to stay.

The deposit not returned without any explanation.

Already one month after checkout, but deposit not refunded. We did not damage anything and not claimed from property, but deposit simply not refunded. They replied on my messages with apologies but the result is the same.

Good location, poor host

We stayed here for about 6 days in April 2025. Although it’s a nice location and felt safe, we were disappointed in a number of things that were communicated to the host company, but were left unresolved.Pros:-fairly quiet non-touristy Montparnasse neighborhood-close to metro that gets you all over the city-lots of restaurants, cafes, groceries nearby-two bedrooms with supportive and comfy beds and pillows-decently equipped small kitchen-decent size apartment for four people sharing 2 bedsCons:-Dust from the construction everywhere, along with dirty floors (even a chunk of razor blade)-communication was poor. Response was always from a bot first, and maybe we’d get response from a human at some point, but never addressed concerns-only included one garbage bag, 2 toilet paper rolls, and no paper towel for a 6 day stay-they offered to clean the day after we arrived, but we already cleaned when we moved in, and never responded when I suggested we shouldn’t have to pay a cleaning fee-pictures do not match what is in VRBO (sofa was older and there are fewer seats)-narrow staircase hard to get suitcases up and down

Le quartier est très agréable et sécure par contre pas assez de papier toilette, 2 petits rouleaux pour 4 personnes. Un lit simple est proposé mais impossible d'y dormir. En le dépliant pas de pattes qui vont au sol, soit tu dors assis ou la tête en bas. Pas d'éponge pour la vaisselle, pas de balai, tuyau qui coule dans la salle bain et nous a fait une mare d'eau impressionnante et dangereuse pour y marcher. Bref c'est la première fois que je réserve avec une agence qui représente les proprios et ce sera la dernière.J'ai souvent réservé avec VRBO mais là très déçue

This was a lovely apartment that suited our needs for a week long stay in Paris. It is very close to the metro and bus stations so it was easy to get to the centre of Paris for sightseeing. (Approximately a 25 minute ride) A few issues were that the code for our door did not work and we had to call the host directly to get the correct code since the online messages kept giving us the incorrect code. Another little issue was that the couch in the living room was rather stained. Since we were travelling as a family, we used the single futon and it was quite uncomfortable. We have softer ones back home so that was disappointing for my daughter. It should also be noted that the apartment is near a fire hall so there were regular sirens going off. Since it was quite hot during our stay in August, it would have been nice to have additional fans to use. Apart from all of that, the bedding and towels were very high quality and everything in the kitchen and bathroom worked well.

Great Location, Nice apartment

We enjoyed our stay in the nice, if not quirky apartment. It is as described in the photos, and both bedrooms were large. The Wi-Fi worked very well. They included a nice starter pack of coffee & toiletries, but no dishsoap or paper towels included. (These were added later after a maintenance repair, so we didn't know if they were supposed to be there from check in or not). There were a few minor maintenance issues that should have been caught by the cleaners. The door lock took a few times to figure out (watch the video, and remember to slide the lock when exiting). There are light switches that go to disconnected lights (good to know if you check in after dark). There are ample grocery stores & restaurants nearby. There are 2 very close Metro stations. The host company communicated very quickly to questions and concerns. I did not find them particularly helpful with dropping bags off early (they pointed to a company for bag drops that was closed on Sundays, the date of check in. With a digital lock, it should not be a big inconvenience to drop bags off prior to check in. They are also quite firm, and frequently tell you, what time check out is, and how much you will be charged if you are late). Overall, it is a nice apartment, and you could stay here for a week, easy, and enjoy the area and space. An easy recommendation to make.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay from location to everything in our hands that we needed. The entrance and instructions on how to get into the property were easy to follow. Parking right in front as well
