Perfect Location, Spacious Apartment

We were very happy with this apartment for our week-long stay in Paris. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and the medium-firm mattress were comfortable. The bathroom consists of two rooms: one has the toilet and a sink, while the other has a shower, a sink and the washer/dryer in it. The kitchen is small but has everything you could want in it in terms of utensils, cookware and appliances.The two bedrooms in front overlook the street, which is usually very quiet. The exception is on Friday and Saturday nights, when people wait in line to get into the club that is next door. Even then, although we could hear their voices through the closed windows, it wasn't loud or disturbing, and by midnight everyone had left. The bedroom in back is super-quiet.The location is perfect- a 20-minute walk to Notre Dame, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and loads of shops.There is a tiny elevator that can accommodate either one person with luggage, or two people without luggage. It is very handy when arriving and departing. The building is very secure.Communication with the rental people was excellent.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location

We stayed for 5 nights with our two teenage girls.The girls loved being so central in such a great neighbourhood, and we loved that they could go exploring.The apartment is large, airy and comfortable. It’s quite echoey due to the high ceilings, but that didn’t impact us much. Would definitely stay again!

emplacement de rêve

très bel environnement , idéalement situé pour découvrir paris . tout petit bémol ; le bar à cocktails au rez de chaussée ouvert jusqu'à une heure un tantinet gênant du fait des fumeurs qui parlent dehors. Cela n'entache pas l'appréciation globale.

Lovely stay in the Marais

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. The check-in/unlocking process was a little complicated, but the instructions were very clear. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and had everything we needed, but upgrading the bathrooms would really make this apartment incredible.

Paris Accommodation - Wonderful for Families

Very impressed with the apartment, as was highlighted need to be careful with noise (constant reminder to our 6 year old) so you need to consider this as the apartment easily transfer noise. However the location and facilities were fantastic; have a lift was wonderful. Would stay again; great location. A couple of minor maintenance items would help with the noise (Front door and Fridge need some oiling). Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location

Hello - we had a wonderful stay at this apartment with my family of 4 which included 2 teens. The location was fabulous, in a cute area but did not seem touristy. Grocery and restaurants at the end of the block making things very convenient. The WiFi didnt work nor did the tv but it didnt really bother us. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was close to everything and made for a nice base to explore the city. The checkin and house procedures were well documented. We traveled with our children 4 and 8 years old. The only concern we had was we were always on guard with any noise the kids made due to the house rules strictly speaking about noise and being mindful of kids.

Perfect Apartment

This apartment is perfection, we love everything about it. It is huge and bright, with a great layout. You can open the windows in the living room and the ones in the front bedrooms to create an amazing cross breeze throughout the apartment. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, fast internet. The building is wonderful too. Elevator to get heavy luggage up to the apartment, and a really easy check-in/check-out process with a lockbox for the keys, so you don’t have to schedule a time to meet with someone for check-in. The building location is amazing—two minute walk to a great grocery store and tons of wonderful restaurants and shops in every direction just steps away from the building. The neighborhood is completely safe and so charming--this is the neighborhood you would want to live in if you moved to Paris, and this apartment is located in the perfect sweet spot of the neighborhood. The company that manages the apartment is wonderful—so helpful with anything you might need or any questions you have. We adore this apartment and we’ll definitely be back.

Spacious Apartment for family of 5

The apartment offered plenty of space for our family of five! Great food market at the end of the street, also many bakeries, cheese shops, wine and groceries nearby. We wish we would have explored the neighborhood more earlier in our trip! Perhaps the bedroom and bathroom closets could be cleared out from some personal belongings. Overall a spacious apartment which was hard to find.

Gunn Family in Paris

love the entrance way with the inner courtyard, very French. Also, they layout was quite spacious, and all on one floor. The TV system did not operate, they mentioned a Sony remote with detailed instructions,which we could not find and no efforts we took allowed us in. Too complicated a set up. i discussed this in two emails, no-one came around though.

Wonderful Family stay

Excellent stay in an exclusive area of Paris, all major parts of the city completely walkable. Wide selection of neighborhood cafes and restaurants 1-2 blocks away. Apartment was very easy to access. Elevator is small but effective for baggage, not needed to go up the two flights. Apartment was spacious for our family of five (2 adults, children 15,12 and 6) with three separate bedrooms. Washer and dryer very useful. Separate WC with sink, and shower room with sink helped to have multiple family members prepare for the day or get ready at night. Apartment itself was clean, extremely functional kitchen and living area. We used the kitchen regularly to make breakfast and to heat takeaways. Nearby grocery stores well stocked and kitchen is fully stocked with cookware for making meals. Windows provided excellent cross circulation in July. The soundproofed windows at night were very helpful in stopping the noise from the cocktail bar downstairs. Overall an excellent stay, would recommend to any families wanting a comfortable home with walking distance to all of the sights of Paris

A few day stay in Paris

We stayed five nights at this property. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, the place was as described and the location is perfect! Our one complaint was with the keys, we were given one set for four of us. Normally not an issue, however the way the building is set up, you need the keys to not only enter, but to leave the building. This meant if someone left with the keys and others stayed behind, everyone was stuck inside until that person returned. A minor annoyance but nothing major overall.

Great start in a perfect location

This place had everything we needed as a family of four plus granny and grandpa. It was clean and well stocked the comfortable and larger than I expected. I had been okay with having a walk up, but the fact that there is an elevator ended up being great with our bags and 3-year-old. We were literally a couple of steps from everything. We were looking for, a fantastic park for our daughter, cafes, patisserie, casual food, the Metro, fantastic bakery, fresh food markets and shops. One thing that wasn't clear to me when I looked which ended up being great is that there are two " bathrooms" which actually means one room with a toilet and a sink in it and one room with a shower and a sink in it. I actually really liked the setup because if someone was taking a shower you could still brush your teeth, or use the toilet, wash hands, and vice versa. The instructions for the apartment were to a level of detail that I would never have imagined. I honestly could not think of a question that I would need to ask because they explained everything in their communications and had instructions on how to use everything in the apartment posted. Really great place and I will hope that it is available next time we are in Paris.

Great size, great location, needs a refresh

Pros: Very quiet with ample space and great light in a great location with comfortable mattresses. The neighbouring bar was a non-issue with windows closed. Cons: Property needs a refresh. WC smells bad, kitchen cabinet door broken, dishwasher door broken, bathroom fixtures chipped. Pillows, which are subjective, were torture. Overall: Great place to stay. Needs some cosmetic improvements to be meet its full potential whereupon it would be “excellent”.

Spacious apartment in excellent location. Biggest problem is that there is a bar/lounge right below two of the bedroom windows. People enjoying themselves would spill onto sidewalk area till after midnight making falling asleep very difficult. Host was very gracious to allow us early chec in without charge.
