Great place in a great location

This is a great place in a central location in Paris. We travelled in a twelve persons group (five adults and seven children) and booked two apartments in the same building. Two cosies are beautiful, as you can see them in this web. You can see Notre Dame towers from the flat. Cosy is in a quiet square, near to the Pantheon and ten minutes walk to Notre Dame. There is a supermarket in the same street and some bakeries in place Maubert and rue Monge. We didn't meet the owner but we kept in touch with him by email all the time. We highly recommend the apartment.

Everything was very efficient and clean and the apartment is nice. Good location on a very lively square. Be aware of the activity and noise levels in cafes underneath. While it advertises space for 6, we found it very tight even if two of us were children.

This was a great little apartment. It was a tad tight for a family of 5, but it worked. We loved being outside of the typical tourist areas and felt that we got more of the local flavor in this part of town. Check-in was a breeze! The restaurants downstairs were delightful and we were pretty close to a few different metro stations.

Easy, clean, unique and great location

This property was the perfect location for our family (5) to explore Paris. We stayed 5 days and the place was perfect for us and would recommend. The stairs can be steep but adds to the charm and is manageable. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location!!!!

The apartment was super cute in an old building. Beautiful natural light from large windows and very comfy beds. Pillows were flat but our host provided fluffy ones on request It is small but well laid out so even our adult son sleeping on sofa bed felt like he had his own room. 3 fans helped with circulation of air. If you gave bad knees/joints the stair climb may be an issue . Loved the vibe in the area!. Walking distance to most sights. Would love to stay there again!!

Great place!

We had a great 7 day stay at this apt. Communication with the owner was prompt and clear. Check in/check out so easy. The apt was clean & beds comfortable. My husband and I were with our 3 kids, 19-29, and we are all tall. EU Queen beds are a bit bigger than a US Queen and that helped. The stairs are as described so be prepared. We loved being in the Latin Quarter and just a quarter mile from Rue Mouffetard where we went for some great meals and crepes. The area is alive with students and the cafes downstairs from the apt were just that, even had a small trio playing live music one night. Recommend taxis to and from the airport. It would be tough dragging suitcases from the closest metros. You can see the top of Notre Dame from the window and just up the street see the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the steps of the Pantheon. The apartment is also very secure and the location felt very safe at all hours. Highly recommend.

Paris Flat

This property was as described and we really liked it. There were two adults and two teenagers staying here. Located in a great area near the Pantheon with cute bars and restaurants located down below. One thing to note, the stairs leading to the third story apartment are very tight and narrow when bringing your heavy luggage up and down. That said, this property is as described in. I would recommend it.

Lovely rental with great location

Host had great communication, easy to check in and out. Location is close to restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, laundromat, subway stations, Norte Dame, local markets… location location location!!! Noise requirements were strict for us but the restaurants were loud at night so that felt unnecessary. Couch and pillows on beds were not very comfortable. .

This apartment, located in a bustling student district is just right. The stairs leading up to the third floor are a bit treacherous, but the vibe and the view are perfect. The beds are soft and there was plenty of room for four (six might be a little tight). Would definitely recommend
