Komplette Ausstattung (man könnte dort einziehen), 3 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, Betten sehr klein (französische Betten =140cm und ein Bett ist 160cm); Gut organisiert bezüglich Übergabe, Mickael hat alles super erklärt. Abreise unproblematisch Lage: super zentral, gleich neben Bäckerei, Supermarkt, U-Bahn (4,8,9), Rue Saint Denise und Rue Montorgueil, sowie Stadtteil Marais ums Eck! In der Strasse sind mehrere Friseur Geschäfte die teils zwielichtige Gestalten anziehen, auf der anderen Seite stehen fast ganztags Prostituierte (vielleicht ist das in Paris normal) KRITIK: Leider haben die Besucher und Anhänger der Friseur Läden die Strasse auch spät Nachts (von 20 Uhr bis 04:30) zur Party Zone gemacht. Dazu kommt, dass der Vermieter/Eigentümer die Fenster Dichtung zu einem großen Teil rausgeschnitten hat (das dient wohl zur Prävention vor Schimmel nach der Renovierung). Die ganze Nacht hatte man das Gefühl als würden die Party People ihr Lachgas und Marihuana direkt bei einem im Zimmer konsumieren und neben deinem Bett stehen. Das war mit unserer 4 jährigen Tochter nicht erholsam. Dazu war es natürlich immer kalt und zugig. Die anderen 18 Bewertungen konnten wir daher NICHT nachvollziehen oder die Lage hat sich in den letzten Monaten stark verändert bzw die Dichtungen wurden erst vor kurzem raus geschnitten. Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Reise mit der ganzen Familie inkl Oma.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. We were able to store our bags in the apartment and come back at actual check in time. Mickael greeted us and was very informative and pleasant. The apartment was extremely well stocked and tidy. Yohann was amazing and always answered any questions in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect location. Thank you!

This property is spacious (our party had 9 people), clean, and a comfortable home base for a trip to Paris. The property is close to the Metro and a short walk to Montorguriel. Our hosts were great with communication and quite attentive in making sure we felt at home. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

It was wonderful to have excellent air conditioning during a hot period in Paris. We also appreciated the location -- within walking distance (25 minutes) to Montmartre and a bit closer to the Notre Dame area.The Strasbourg-St Denis metro stop just around the corner was most convenient for excursions a bit further away, including getting to the Gare de Lyon the day of our departure. Rooms are very comfortable, excellent use of space provides plenty of storage. Nice kitchen area but could use a few more cooking pots, and a step-stool to help short people like myself reach higher shelves. Bakery on one end of the block, friendly bistro on the other, parking garage in the middle, a bit shabby in between but it's changing. Several supermarkets within 2 blocks. Yohan and his crew are most responsive. We'd stay here again! Thank you.

This was a very nice apartment. Is was clean and well maintained. The street it is on was a little noisy until pretty late, but generally it is in a good location close to a metro stop and a short walk to the Seine River.

Great communication. Met with Michal and he went over the entire apartment with us so we know how to use things.great location. Super clean. Right by the metro and very close to restaurants and shops. My entire family liked the layout of the apartment. Looked just like the pictures. Conveniently located in the center of Paris, some attractions are in walking distance. There is a supermarket, a boulangerie and a metro station right outside.The apartment is clean and has lots of space for a larger family. We appreciated the air condition since we experienced a pretty intense heat-wave during our stay and it was pleasantly cool in the apartment.Check in and check out was easy.Recommend without hesitation.

Paris Apartment Stay

The apartment suited our family of nine just fine. The only negative for us was the stairwell up to the apartment. Two of us are in our 70's and it was very difficult to maneuver the stairs. There was no handrail and that would have helped a lot. The apartment was in a central location and there were lots of cafe's and stores very close and convenient. The apartment was clean and bright.

Paris wedding

This place was perfect for 6 of us attending wedding activities in Paris the place was absolutely spotless and the best was 3 bathrooms and air conditioning very hard to find in Paris. Close to restaurants and shopping groceries and bakeries walkable. We met the staff at beginning of our stay who went over everything with us. Easy check out Ubers readily available close to metro as well to get to museums Eiffel Tower Notre Dame etc

Great location

The apartment was in a great location with access to the metro basically out the door. The property manager met us and allowed us to leave our suitcases in the property until it was time for us to check in. That was a great help so we did not have to lug our suitcase around. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen. The only issue that was not a big issue, it could’ve used more seating in the living room area as there were six of us and four people took up the couch, not allowing any room for the rest of us to sit comfortably in the living room. However, we were hardly in the apartment as we were busy all day exploring Paris. I would recommend this company and their apartments as they are very well organized and accommodating.

Fantastic location!

Absolutely fantastic location and very spacious apartment for a stay in Paris. Its location is right in the center of Paris making it ideal for hopping on the metro to walk to a landmark, museum, or shopping & dining. Great access to the metro line for navigating the city. The host was terrific about responding to questions. Great check-in process with a personal touch to help answer questions you have about the apartment and navigating the metro! Simple checkout process made it easy to depart. Accommodations were terrific. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed 3 generations to take a family holiday without feeling cramped. Also the host provided trash bags, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent which helped eliminate a trip to the Monoprix.

Great location and nice hosts

Spacious apartment in a great location with walking distance to many attractions. Metro is 2 min walk. Communication with the hosts were great and they are very nice and accommodating. For a family of 4 we have enough space to spread out. The apartment is not spotless but in general clean.

Great stay in Paris

A wonderful stay at this lovely apartment with great access to all the key areas. Yohan made the whole process very easy with quick responses to questions and providing key information on the area.
