    Indulge in the luxury of this exquisite apartment, ideally situated in a historic and vibrant district near the breathtaking Basilique du Sacré-Cœur and the lively République area. Designed with unmatched contemporary sophistication, this residence enchants from the moment you step inside. Boasting stunning views, it perfectly balances the neighborhood's timeless charm with sleek modern aesthetics.



    The Space:

    Superb completely renovated studio, located on the 8th floor with elevator and balcony! Perfectly arranged and located, it can accommodate two travelers.



    The studio includes:

    • A living space: Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi, storage, ceiling fan and sofa.

    • A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

    • A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

    • A bathroom: shower and toilet, fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo).

    Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

    The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

    You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

    The Neighborhood:

    You'll be staying in one of Paris's most sought-after and vibrant neighborhoods, on the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin, famous for its bohemian atmosphere, iconic footbridges, and lively quays. Just a short walk away, you can stroll along the canal, enjoy popular terraces like Chez Prune, Le Comptoir Général, or Ten Belles, and discover the many trendy cafés, bars, and restaurants that have made the area so renowned. Everyday shops are easily accessible on foot, with Franprix, Carrefour City, artisan bakeries, and local grocery stores all within easy walking distance.



    The neighborhood is ideal for exploring Paris on foot, with the Canal Saint-Martin (about 2 minutes), Place de la République (about 10 minutes), and the bustling streets of the 10th arrondissement all within easy reach.     Getting Around:

    From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

    Take the RER B train toward Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and alight at Gare du Nord.



    From Orly Airport (ORY)

    Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.

    Transfer to the RER B train toward Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye and stop at Gare du Nord.

    Follow the same steps as above to reach Jacques Bonsergent.



    By Train

    If arriving by train, Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est are the closest major stations. From either, you can walk, take a short cab ride, or use the metro to get to our property.

    Family-Friendly Services

    Check-In and Check-Out

    Check-in time is between 2:00pm and 9:00pm. A 20€ fee is applicable for late check-ins until midnight. Access will be granted after 9:30am the next day for check-ins after midnight.

    For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



    Deposit Requirement

    A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



    Additional fees

    Key Management policy

    Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

    Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

    Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

    Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

    Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

    Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

    Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Absolutely loved the apartment and the location along the canal. It’s full of life and colour. Fantastic flea market is nearby and our favourite part of our stay was to lie in bed watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. Would definitely recommend.

Nice property in a walkable area. Communication with the property management and access was a challenge. Printed instructions in property regarding property use were different than emailed instructions regarding property use. Deposit not returned over 30 days post visit.

It was clean. The counter was missing some trim. No simple pleasantries like coffee in the morning were available unless you purchased coffee pods for the Nespresso machine they had in the apartment. View of Paris was wonderful especially at night with the Eiffel Tower and Sacred Heart Church illuminated. The hum of Paris life was abundant including the lively school across the street.Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the nearby neighborhood.Quite a long distance for walking to the tourist sites and museums in Paris. But if you don’t mind the exercise and long walks the streets felt safe and walking them was quite a worthwhile experience!
