El apartamento es hermosísimo, tiene muy buen espacio, muy silencioso, muy bien equipado con todo lo que necesitas. La cama es muy cómoda, se duerme muy bien. El apartamento también es muy limpio y dentro no se siente el frío de fuera. A las afueras se puede encontrar toda clase de tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías. Está ubicado en un barrio muy seguro y tranquilo dónde también pasa bus a una calle de distancia y el metro a pocos pasos. Ir a la torre Eiffel solo toma 15 minutos caminando y a Trocadero 10 minutos. La experiencia fue espectacular y Eric siempre estuvo muy atento a responder nuestras preguntas.

Super petit appartement à 20 min de marche de la Tour Eiffel avait tout le nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Proche de plusieurs restaurants, épicerie, boulangerie et bouche de métro.

Furniture, including beds, were comfortable. Fan in the bedroom was helpful. Location was excellent. Apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood with metro, grocery stores, restaurants, shops, train, buses, taxis nearby. The host is very accommodating. A better shower curtain and hairdryer would be appreciated. Please note there are 24/7 motion sensor lights in the kitchen and bathroom, and erratic beeps from the security system. Some bedding laundry was not done.

Apartment is located in a great location in Passy. Close to all, including best bakeries and shopping. Host was responsive when the passcode didn’t work to get into the apartment. We got in after a couple of tries.My daughters found the top bunk bed a little dusty in the bedroom but we were so tired from sightseeing all day that they did sleep through the night.Great cute apartment in Paris for a family of 4. Would stay here again.

Great location central Paris

The apartment was great for three people. It was small but clean and well equipped. The location was fantastic, within reasonable walking distance from many key sites.

The place was not cleaned from the previous guest. The toilet had urine and fecal matter stains, the sink was dirty with several strands of hair and toothpaste and the shower had several strands of hair and filled with pieces of bamboo crumbs from the worn out plastic bamboo they stapled on to act as a shower door. The bedsheets had not been changed from the previous guests, it had hair, sand and clothes fluff all over it. It was all wrinkled in the middle like it had just been slept in. The kitchen sink was dirty there was a used bandaid on the floor by the back sofa leg. When I contacted the host about seeking to get it cleaned, he told me it was not a hospital. When I mentioned the basic standards expected, he told me I was not welcomed on his property and asked me to leave and said he would be changing the codes for the doors. We were two women staying in a new city, we reached out to VRBO for a refund given this, and he refused to provide us a refund after telling us to leave.
The sheet had a yellow stain.
Throughout the bed there were these hair and fluff strands.

Nice and easy

Excellent location, supremely easy check in and out, and very well appointed. Just needed a tiny bit more attention to cleaning otherwise perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The appart was clean and spacious enough for 2/3 (we were 2). The best part was the neighborhood- close to many, many stores, cafes, restaurants, and especially La Grande Epicerie de Paris (a fantastic two story épicerie) which was just down the block!! Metro & RER were close by also ! The only thing I would suggest would be to have information about the use of appliances (oven/microwave, washer/dryer) available for Americans who are not familiar with European models. But, all in all, a good place to stay!

Exceptional Stay

My group of 5 comfortably enjoyed our stay here. Close to the metro and only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower by electric scooter. All amenities and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great apartment in Paris!!!

This apartment was a great find. Even though it is not big, it is efficient and has everything you would need to spend your vacation in Paris. The location is also stellar, being close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the metro. I would highly recommend this stay to others!

We were excited to be close to many shops and restaurants; location was fine. The unit however had issues. Upon arrival the unit was freezing, windows were open, and the bathroom one was unable to be closed completely. We also immediately noticed towels draped all over the bathroom racks and the towel warmer/ additional heater was inoperable.We closed windows and since our delay had us arrive so late went out to eat dinner not realizing the heat would never come on. We went to do a load of laundry because this was our last of three weeks traveling. The washer immediately displayed an error. Host was contacted and said the heat would come be automatic as “heat regulation is given by the outside temperature” and “the window closes if you push the heavy panel” It did nor fully close as it appeared warped. As far as the washer/dryer not working he said “it is because I refuse to charge washing product. It has no interference with the washing except the automatic program.” The washer was set to automatic and we could not change the cycle setting. The bedding was dirty The floors filthyThere was no toilet tissue or paper towels There was no microwave as stated in listing The couches were not the same as photos, the current ones are not twins or Murphy beds, the couches do not open in any sleeping configuration.

Super cute spot

Eric was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with… It was a great location less than a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Short walk to both metro and the RER! Great layout for a small apartment and close to markets and grocery stores.
