Absolutely wonderful

The apartment was magnificent, I fell in love with it straight away and the view was simply magical! Check in and check out was very smooth, Bernard was extremely kind to show me everything and was very helpful with any questions I had. Overall 10/10 the flat, the neighborhood, the hosts. Would definitely recommend!

The property is a perfect location. The neighborhood restaurants are amazing and it’s such a quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. Bernard, the property manager is the best and so easy to deal with. This is a great place to stay and you will feel very safe.

Awful - Do not stay here

Host failed to communicate with me that the unit was double booked through an alternate site. Finally, responded to the multiple inquiries I had been sending for days. He finally responded the day before check- in. Left us with no place to stay in Paris and had to jump through hoops to get a refund from VRBO and then reserve another place to stay. Not the way to conduct a short-term rental business.

Perfect apartment and view of Eiffel Tower

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Bernard was incredible. He met us out front, carried our luggage, and was incredibly informative and nice throughout the whole process. He was always in touch and answered any and all questions we could’ve possibly had. The apartment was spotless, spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, tv, multiple balconies, and easy WiFi. Bernard even had a bottle of wine, coffee pods, orange juice, pastries, and a big bottle of water waiting for us. To top off how perfect it was, the view was the best view you could possibly have of the Eiffel Tower. Honestly, look no further if you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Paris.

We stayed here for few days during our December vacation. It is a cozy & cute condo perfect for couples or small families. Its one block from the Effile tower and there are plenty of cafes, bakeries and groceries nearby. We enjoyed the views of the Effile tower while sipping wine on the balcony! During check_in Bernard met us at the property and did a great job showing us the condo and providing lots of useful local information. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great views and location

We had a short stay in Paris in this apartment, everything was great. The location was amazing, easy to get in and out of. There is an amazing bakery just down the street. The views of the tower were exactly what we were looking for, I would highly recommend this property.

Look No Further!

We can't say enough about our experience at this property. At check-in, Bernard took the time to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was well appointed, offering everything we required and more. The location makes getting around Paris a breeze, with RER, Metro and bus stops all within a short walk, as well as a taxi stand practically at your doorstep. The highlight, of course, is the view. There's nothing quite like taking in the Eiffel Tower over morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Our time in Paris was made complete thanks to our selection of these accommodations and, given the choice, we wouldn't stay anywhere else when we return!

The BEST Paris experience

The apartment is perfect!!!! Clean and well equipped. On a great location. A block from the subway. And with the most amazing view from the Eiffel Tower!!!!! we are already planning our trip back to Paris and for sure we will stat at this apartment again :)

Overall we had a good experience at this property. Some suggestions: 1) the apartment needs a large trash can. 2) the scent of the air freshener is offensive and should be changed to a milder more pleasant scent. 3) pillows should be refreshed.

Wonderful Week In Paris

The apartment is PERFECT. Central location meant we could walk everywhere, and we did - 53 miles worth. Each morning we bought pastries from a beautiful bakery just steps from the apartment. The local grocery store is also just a minute away. Having the kitchen meant we could have croissants, baguettes with jam, or pastries each morning with the coffee we made. The apartment was super-clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The key fob for building entry meant we felt very secure. We would highly recommend this property to any couple who wants, clean, comfortable access to the sights of Paris.

Eiffel Tower gem

The location is amazing! The apartment is perfect for one or two people and has all you need, including balcony looking at the Eiffel Tower, an elevator. Tons of cafes and restaurants super close.

Great apartment

Bernard was wonderful. He met us at the apartment and took great care of us. The apartment had everything we needed and more!! The host even contacted us during our stay to be sure our teenagers were comfortable on the pull out couch, as I was initially concerned. We had a lovely time and will definitely go back! Thank you!

Our two weeks in Paris

My husband and I had a terrific stay at this property. Bernard as our checkin and “go to” man was great. He thoroughly explained use of the keys, how all the equipment worked, brought extra towels and had a bottle of sparkling wine, orange juice and milk in the frig.( and a box of chocolates). He was easy to communicate with and an overall nice man. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony, the RER and metro lines close by, knowing where the grocery store was, and especially the boulangerie so close by. It was great having a washer/dryer. We would stay here again. C and E

Great Location

Apartment was as listed. It also had little extras like tea and coffee and biscuits. Great washer dryer and dishwasher. Everything you needed. It would be great in summer as apartment was quite cold and we didn’t get sun. What let the apartment down was the check in. We didn’t know until 2 hours before how and where or when and multiple messages were ignored. At check out we were asked to leave an hour earlier so they could clean. We didn’t agree to this. Once we made contact Bernard was lovely and did give us a full rundown on the apartment and surrounds. The location is perfect really easy to get transportation to all the sights and if in doubt you just walk towards the tower!

Great stay in Paris!

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at this property. Very nice location with a large outdoor deck with Eiffel Tower views. Check in was very easy with Bernard making sure all was smooth. Apartment is very clean and updated. Easy walk to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and metro.

You just can’t beat 3 mins walk from Eiffel

Amazing location. Bernard, the manager is phenomenal. He’s the nicest guy ever! Excellent and proactive communication. Less than 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The flat is small but well appointed. For a week’s vacation it’s perfect. Bed in bedroom was ample and comfortable for my wife and me. The sofa bed is a futon. Was fine for our son (very tall 15 yo) but not sure two adults would be as comfortable. Has a washer/dryer and a lovely bathroom. Location is safe and near everything you could possibly want including amazing local bakeries and cafes as well as walking distance to many restaurants. Quick Uber or metro to anywhere you want to go. Will definitely come back and stay at Henry’s again. A+++++
