La ubicacion esta perfecta, en zona segura y con supermercado muy cerca, y con restaurante muy rico para comer o cenar a unos pasos. Muy amable trato con la persona que me recibió y me explico todo muy bien. En general los espacios muy amplios, limpios y aparatos nuevos, me quedaría de nuevo aqui con mi familia y se lo recomendaria a mis amistades.

We loved staying in this apartment. It is close to so many things - restaurants, shops, museums, the Metro. By Paris standards, there is an enormous amount of space and it is attractively decorated. The pictures are a very accurate representation of the apartment!The management was very accommodating (including letting us drop off our bags prior to check-in) and responded very quickly to all communications. As noted in previous reviews, there is no place to put toiletries in the showers other than the floor. And the hot water can be a little finicky - we needed to "wake it up" each day. But honestly, these tiny things are far outweighed by an otherwise fantastic rental. We stay in rentals for travel quite often and I do think this one is superior! Highly recommend.

The apartment was perfect for our group of two families, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teens. Main bedroom is huge, with a large hallway leading to a spacious bathroom. Location was central to so many great restaurants, museums and shops that we could have spent the whole trip within a 15-minute walk of the apt. Would 100% book again.

All-around a super rental. Really nice layout (balance of private and common space), clean and bright, great bathrooms, comfy beds. Loved the location - and relaxing in the hot tub after busy days. Others have mentioned the rocky path to the house - was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of for those who may have more difficulty walking/carrying luggage on uneven surfaces. Will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family with young adults! 3 bedrooms and three baths gave us all the space and privacy we needed. We also enjoyed the large living room and kitchen. The neighborhood is great with every convenience you could need within blocks. We loved it and highly recommend this property.

Great location, good space

The property is very well situated in the 3rd arr. with many great bakeries, stores, restaurants, and museums all within the immediate vicinity or a short walk. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood no matter the hour. Inside, the property is charming and has good kitchen space with a big dining table, a good sized living space, and the three beds/baths. The primary bathroom is quite large (especially for boards), while the other two are quite small, but very functional. The washer/dryer unit (all-in-one) is useful, but drying may be incomplete - you might need to lay out your clothes to fully dry them. The dishwasher does not really clean the dishes no matter the setting, so be prepared to hand wash the dishes. Sheets and towels were clean, and the surfaces were clean, but the unit is a little tired and in need of a deeper cleaning.

Lovely Apartment in the Perfect Parisian Neighborhood

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The hosts were lovely, responsive, and helpful. They accommodated us with an early check-in, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place was very clean and secure, and plenty of space for all 5 of us. We highly recommend this stay. It’s right next to a vibrant street with everything you could want and need, located between multiple metro lines, and surrounded by a lovely, quiet courtyard.

Good location in the Marais with a few shortcomings to be aware of

Very well located property, and the photos were accurate enough, though the overall impression when we arrived was a bit less upscale than the photos conveyed. Beds were comfortable, there were enough bathroom towels, and the kitchen had lots of glassware, plates, pots, cooking equipment, and eating utensils. However, there was no salt and pepper or any seasonings, or cooking oil, or any of the other things needed to actually cook a meal. The dish washing machine had a strong "off" smell, so that we were not willing to use it, and did all washing of dishes, pots and pans, etc. by hand. Similarly, there was only a minimal supply of toilet tissue, not enough for the 5 of us for the 4 days we were there. Also, though a couple of small dish towels were provided, there were no paper towels, nor was soap provided in the bathrooms. These things were especially notable because we had just come from another VRBO property which provided all those things in abundance. The showers were also a bit awkward in that there was nowhere to put soap, shampoo, etc., other than on the floor. So overall, it worked well enough for a good visit, and the location was great, but do be aware that some basic things one might expect are not provided.

Excellent location - great apartment

This apartment is located in a great area of Paris, close to the Metro and shops/cafes as well as a bakery and grocery store. This apartment is run like an executive rental, there is limited "extra" items in the apartment. There is no soap/dishwasher tabs/dishtowels unless paid for in advance. There is no extra toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom extra - not enough when you are there for a week) or paper towels. No left over salt/pepper/tea or anything from previous renters. The place is completely cleaned prior to a new group staying there. There are plenty of dishes and the beds are comfortable. The apartment is quiet and is located within a court yard. We did use the washing machine, it worked really well, and hung the cloths to dry (we did not use the dryer function). Overall, I would stay there again!

Absolutely Lovely!

Four of us stayed in this quintessential Marais flat for a week and would gleefully return. The host was very easy to communicate with at all stages of booking and of our stay. Check in was easy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything but on a quiet block. Wonderful restaurants, bars and shops are just feet away. The apartment itself is airy, light and beautiful. It provides separate bathrooms for the three bedrooms (2 of which are en suite). The kitchen is great—full disclosure: we only used it for making coffee and storing/consuming wine and cheese. Windows overlook both an interior courtyard and the street. One thing to note: It is one floor up, and the historic staircase may be treacherous for people with mobility issues. All to say, this place is wonderful, and I highly recommend for a Paris trip!

Paris Vacation

We loved everything about our stay at this apartment. The managers were so helpful at all times. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to so many places. It was simple to get taxis and Ubers also. The place was spotless and so warm. There were delicious bakeries and restaurants right around the corner. We hope to get back someday!

Best stay in Paris

Our group was 2 mothers with 2 teen daughters and a grandmother! Every morning before starting out we would pick up fresh croissants from across the street and enjoy them in the beautiful kitchen. Do you have a coffee maker dishwasher. Everything was in working order. We were very pleased and will be coming back.

BEDBUGS!!!

This home had bedbugs in the primary one of the three bedrooms. They had not spread to other beds ,so I presume the infestation is recent. STILL, I expect at a minimum a one-third refund, and I asked about this right away, and NO ONE from VRBO has responded to my inquiry. This does not match your claim of 24/7 service. Please get in touch with me about the refund. The management confirmed the problem by bringing in an exterminator. They said VRBO would do the refund.

Couldn't ask for more - you won't be disappointed!!

My husband, my MIL, our two kids (8&10) and I could not have enjoyed our stay more!! This is our first time to France and we felt like we got the best of both worlds - felt like locals at the property and then a 20 minute walk to start the more "touristy" portion of our trip/day. Apartment is beautiful, super clean, hosts are incredibly accommodating and it was just over all wonderful! We LOVED the local market, we were a family of 5 which can be challenging to accommodate for dining but the local restaurants always made us feel at home. There are multiple grocery stores within easy walking distance. True floor to ceiling "Paris" windows... the only thing I will is there is no AC which was not a problem for us due to traveling in early May but I'm not sure it would have been as comfortable for us Americans in the heat of the summer. The ceilings are high which made the space feel even more wonderful. If you need a freezer, you may want to check in advance bc it is in dire need of defrosting and was unuseable but not a problem for us, just an excuse for the kids to eat their sorbet immediately!!!
